Other How I Met Your Mother Theories

I forgot to blog today... so I think I'm going to just write some other theories about How I Met Your Mother... and pose some questions. I know I just posted about HIMYM yesterday... but I figured I'd post again cause I kinda changed my mind after the second watch. After lowering my expectations I actually quite enjoyed it and I kind of got more why they did it the way that they did.

Anyhoo

1) I think that Penny, the daughter was named after the lucky penny that brought them together, it was really great.

2) I think Barney and Robin's hands get eaten by a bear.

3) Lilly ran away, but I don't really think she totally ran away. I think she knows that Robin needs her there, especially since her mother isn't even there. Also I don't think she's looking for sex so I don't think she'll have an affair. I wondered that

4) What do you think the mother's name is? People are saying there was a C in her apartment so it might be something with a C. I'm gonna put my money on Charlotte. Do you think we'll even get to learn it? Who knows!

5) Are you guys excited for the How I Met Your Father Spinoff? I kind of hope it doesn't happen. I already spent 9 years watching this amazing show... I wouldn't want to watch the same thing. And especially since I wasn't all that impressed with How Your Mother Met Me. Idk, I'll still probably watch the pilot and see if I like it. But I just don't think its a great idea to do the same thing again.

6) What do you think happened with Barney? Do you think he'll end up marrying Robin in the first place? It makes sense that he ran away, but he was also incredibly happy to marry Robin when he was truth serum drunk.

7) I love that the mother and Lilly are BFFs now.

8) I think the Yellow Umbrella was given to the mother by her boyfriend that died. That's why she's so upset when she loses it and why she's so happy to see it again. It leads her too Ted because she asked to finally move on from him, so he leads her to her true love: Ted. Especially since he got her kind of quirky gifts that she really loved and needed. I feel like a bright colored umbrella is something guys notice about girls.

9) I love that Darren is so evil he has no romantic connections whatsoever in any of the present moments. He's just the worst form of evil. Like Disney Villain evil. I liked it and I'm glad Ted punched him in the face.

10) Idk how I feel about the fact that the mother has seen Ted, but she doesn't know what he looks like at all... but Ted hasn't really seen the mother before. I think I like it a lot. It shows us that she has a crush on him and he hasn't even seen her and he has a crush on her. It's just kind of sweet I liked it.

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
