Feeling Lovely Friday- Did I like it?

Sooo on Sunday or Monday I posted a kind of "haul" of things that I picked up from target and one thing from my grocery store and now I'm just going to give my little reviews. It's sort of a first impression since I haven't been using them all that much, but I've used them more than once. So it's like a fourth impression really. Lol.

This might be kind of boring because I actually liked all of them. I would recommend them all, but I'll tell you why for different reasons.

L'Oreal sikissme eyeliner- This I thought was my favorite at first... idk if it still is. I really like it though. I got it in the rose gold color, it lasts pretty long most days and it seems not so long other days... idk. I like wearing it without any eyeshadow or anything. It makes you look more awake. It's kind of eye-catching too. I like it.

Maybeline Babyskin Primer- I was probably most excited about this. I've needed a real primer because of the pore-problem I've talked about before. I really did end up liking this a lot. I think it helps my pores quite a bit- at first I didn't notice anything, but after using it a few days it seemed to work better. It makes it look really good and it's just been perfecting my face. It's very moisturizing... somewhat oily so idk if it would be great with oily skin, but I liked it. I feel like I've heard people with oily skin have liked it... but I don't know.

Covergirl Truemagic- This works great with the Maybeline babyskin. This can be used as a primer, it can be used to set your face make up, or it can be used on its own. I've only used it to set my face, and I've used it by itself... I'm not quite sure if it did anything when it was by itself, but it felt really nice. It's great for dry skin, but it helps mattify, so I would think it'd be good for oily skin too.

Revlon Just Kissable Balm Stain- I got the color honey, its really lovely. It stays on a really long time too, like I can drink coffee and it won't come off. I think it can work with all skin types, it goes with every eye look and it's just a nice neutral-ish color.

Sally Hanson Nail Polish- The glitter polish I got is amazing! I've been wearing it for a day and it didn't chip at all, which for a glitter polish is fairly amazing. It's similar to a Nicole By OPI Modern Family collection glitter... which is also good for not chipping. The Coral color I got I kind of tried... idk if it was just how I was doing my nails or that I put the glitter polish on top of it but it didn't work. I didn't like the way it looked with the glitter, and it wasn't formulated as nicely as other Sally Hanson polish I've tried. (also it's sally henson isn't it? Too tired I'm tagging them both lol.)

So I think the thing I can recommend to everyone is the Revlon Balm Stain.... and I feel like my favorite overall is the Covergirl Truemagic and Maybeline Babyskin. I think they work greatly together and I have a feeling these are going to be a staple for me.

It List: May 2017

Can't believe it's the last day of May... this was a great time for TV... so let's get right into it! 1) Master of None- The second season of this show was really really great! I liked the first season... but this season was just wayyy better to me for some reason... I loved that they had episodes about Italy and about New York... I think they did a really great job and I was so impressed with it... I'll have to watch the first season over again and do a Throwback Thursday on that sometime soon... but until then... season 2 was great! 2) Girl Boss- I finally got around to watching Girl Boss this month too... and I loved that show! At first I wasn't sure if I was going to like it or not... then I just couldn't stop watching it and I finished it in 2 days... which I guess is when I finished all the Netflix shows I'm talking about... but still. Girlboss was definitely really good... and I feel like I could watch this one over and over again too. 3) Unbrea...

Blogmas Day 12: The 12 Days of Christmas Gift Guide

So I thought it would be fun to do a gift guide that every gift corresponds with the price. So like for the first day of Christmas $1 gift that would be good and then up from there. These would be good stocking stutterers and things I just think are unique. $1- Solar Powered Dancers!  My mom loves getting the little dancing solar powered people. We get most of ours from Dollar tree... other dollar stores have them too, they're super cute and fun for $1. Its good to put near any plants that you have that way you know they're getting sunlight. It's a good gift. $2- Mini Coloring Book!  At 5 Below they had some mini travel sized coloring books for $2. I thought these were pretty cool. I got the Botanical one I believe. Really cute and fun! I would recommend! $3-   Ceramic Truck w/ Christmas Tree  I saw this at the Target Dollar Spot and I thought it was cute and would probably make a great gift. If you know someone who has a truck or likes the sort of "rustic C...

Scribbles About Food: Gloria Jeans Pistachio Chiller (kinda like a frap)

So since I'm doing all of the Frappuccino reviews, I thought I would give a shout out to a different coffee chain that I like... maybe even more than Starbucks! But I hardly ever go to it because A) People get your orders wrong there a lot B) I don't really live near one! So Gloria Jeans has some amazing drinks called Chillers that are like Frappuccinos, but they have always had a ton of really good and really interesting flavors. One of my favorite Seasonal ones is the Pistachio Chiller. They had this around this time last year also and its a really good unique flavor. Basically it tastes like pistachio ice cream... but in a frozen coffee form. Its pretty cool! And Pistachio is a pretty underrated flavor in my opinion. I don't get it enough, but I always love Pistachio and Almond flavored desserts and this in particular is really flavorful and just a really good chiller. I don't think there is anything at starbucks that compares to it really, its really different...
