Okay... so I've made Queso Dip before and from what I remember- it's pretty simple. You just need Cheese and Salsa... but trust me... it can go wrong! So my desire to make queso came from the fact that I'm going to my friends house tomorrow and we were going to order a lot of takeout... but we then decided to go out for tacos instead- and than that shifted to a Build Your Own Taco Bar at my friends apartment... so that's cool and that's why I was like "Oh I want to make some queso for that!" And I attempted. So I think you're supposed to use cubed cheese... I have some shredded Mexican Cheese from Craft that I thought would work... so I just put that in the oven with some Taco Sauce. I was out of salsa... so I just used the taco sauce. I didn't measure anything- I just kind of put these together and microwaved it for 30 Seconds.
