Scribbles About TV: Community Season 6!

So I was really excited for season 6 of Community. Not just because it is one of my favorite shows, but I was also curious to see it translate to Yahoo. I've only watched one other thing on Yahoo, Burning Love, which is a hilarious spoof of The Bachelor, The Bachelorette and Bachelor Pad... its really funny and good. I think season 2 is still up on Yahoo's site. I recommend it. Its also cool to wake up on Tuesday and there it is. A new episode, or in this case 2 new episodes. I was up around 7 and both episodes were already up... which was cool. And its still a really funny show... I still really like it. But it isn't exactly the same as the other seasons. Every season centers around a class that the group is taking and that class kind of sets the tone for themes in the series in general. Spanish, this group of weirdos meet each other and are struggling to get to know each other, and communication... something which Jeff is particularly bad at. Season 2 Anthropology... ...

Woman Crush Wednesday: Gillian Jacobs

So since I mentioned Community yesterday, I thought "hey you know who is funny and absolutely beautiful? Gillian Jacobs! So she is my woman crush because... 1) She's good at improv- she's always really good on Comedy Bang Bang the podcast and the tv show... It's pretty much entirely improvised and she's playing a character of herself and she really added a lot to the podcast with her character. And she's probably nothing like her character of herself in real life because I don't think she's a gold digger that has an on again off again relationship with Gary Marshall... Which brings me to point #2  2) She has a sense of humor about herself- On Gary Marshall's Wikipedia page it says that he's married to Gillian Jacobs. Well it did,idk if it still does. She always retweets this and she thinks it's just as funny as CBB fans do.  3) Community is awesome- She's just awesome on Community and it is an awesome show. She is good enough...

Trailer Reviews: Horns, A Merry Friggin Christmas and more

1)A Merry Friggin Christmas- This is a movie that is going to make everyone sad because it stars Robin Williams, and I believe it is his final film role. This is really sad because its hard to ignore the tragedy of it all. Williams looks like he's playing a really funny role, his chemistry with Joel McHale looks on point, this looks like a Meet the Parents type of amazing movie... but its hard to think of this as such a great, feel-good, funny movie when we all know Williams was in a lot of pain whilst filming it. I think it looks good and I'll see it, but its just very real and soon right now. 2) Horns- This movie looks pretty awesome. I kind of want to read the book too. A man is accused of killing his girlfriend and he states that the devil should punish the real killer of his girlfriend... and then he grows horns. It also seems like a crazy small town where they jump to conclusions really quickly and that makes him look more guilty. Its got a gone girl vibe but with a bit...
