I use this pretty much every day and I thought "Hey... why not review that." So if you were thinking of buying one of these... hopefully this helps. I've had this water bottle... forever pretty much and as I said, I use it pretty much every day. It holds 24 ounces of water and because it is Stainless Steel, it keeps the water cold on the inside. And it'll keep it cold for a really long time too. I'd say it stays pretty cool for a day at least. Its really good that way. It also does dent if you drop it. It won't break or anything, it just puts a dent in the bottle... so if that bothers you, then you might not like it. Doesn't really bother me. I'm not looking for the most beautiful water bottle ever... I just want it to get the job done. The lid is slightly hard to open. It's a twist off, so it isn't the most difficult... but sometimes when I have this in the gym I drop the lid on the floor... so that gets a tiny bit annoying... but it doe...
