Alright... so this isn't really something the bridesmaid has anything to do with... but I'll let you know anyway because there is a lot of stuff that goes into booking a venue and... its something you don't really hear a lot about... so I'm just going to let you know here. So I never realized that picking a venue and picking a date go hand in hand. Venue's get booked up A LOT so if you're going in planning a Saturday Wedding in June... not that likely to happen. The movie I think that got it pretty right is Bride Wars. The Plaza in June??? No. Not likely. And weekends are always the most popular time for a wedding... obviously so Saturdays are usually booked up. If you're having a lot of out-of- town people, Saturdays are probably the easiest... but Sundays aren't like a major inconvenience or anything.
