So after watching the movie Love Actually- I had to watch another Christmas Rom Com- so I chose The Holiday. I'm not sure I had quite as many insights as I did on Love Actually... but I do have some thoughts and some favorites with this movie so... I thought I could mention them here.  If you've never seen or heard of this movie it follows 2 different leads and 2 different stories.  Cameron Diaz plays Amanda- an ambitious and successful movie trailer editor. She lives in Los Angeles and is going through a break up from a pretty loveless relationship with her boyfriend- who cheated on her with his secretary. She decides after the breakup that she needs to get away, and sees this beautiful little house in England- which is owned by Kate Winslet's character Iris. Iris is going through a similar lonely situation at Christmas. She was in a toxic relationship with a co-worker who ended up cheating on her with another co worker... but she had to remain friends with him because the...

Sooo I thought this would be a fun How-Tosday...I'll talk about what to do to ring In The New Year... and what I've done wrong so far... it's just fun! Get a Fabulous Outfit... Check!  Ahhh my New Year's Eve Outfit! So cute! I did a whole blog on it right  here  and a shorter blog  here . I didn't end up wearing this because it was too cold to go out on New Year's Eve... but still I got the outfit and I will wear it sometime! Make Resolutions... Check!  Ahhh yes the resolutions! I did that and it was pretty fun! I think maybe I made too many resolutions and I won't actually be able to fulfill them... but I'm going to try to do at least one of them... I think it will be mastering the skills of the Jedi! Watch The Ball Drop... Check!  I watched it on TV... it looks crazy to see it in person and I don't think I'd ever really want to do that. Definitely not on my Bucket List lol. If they did it somewhere warm- maybe I would try it... but not...

So... I don't really love making New Year's Resolutions... but I'm out of blog ideas... so let's go with this! So my number 1 resolution: Become a Jedi. I think I can do it... I think I've gotten pretty close before... so yeah! I'm probably going to be a Jedi next year. I would still like to keep up with this blog... I might not blog every single day though... and I'm okay with that. I want to get on here when I have a story to tell- or when I have something on my mind... I kind of like the Weekly Update so I may keep up with that... I like doing movie and book reviews- so I'd like to have more of those up... and yeah. I did a How To-sday recently... so I like that! I also want to watch more movies... I kind of want to watch one older movie that I've never seen before a week... or a month. There are just a lot of movies I always say "ahhh I want to see it." and I never do. Maybe I'll try listening to more music and watching some t...
