Target Tuesday: Favorite Target Snacks

Ahhh yes. Time for me to express my love for Dot's Homestyle Pretzels!

I always find myself finding some sort of gem at Target to snack on. This one my sister actually found... the Dot's Homestyle Pretzels. I'm not even that much of a pretzel fan... but the seasoning on these is just so good and it's got kind of a kick to it... they are much different than regular pretzels. I just tried the Southwest version as well... those are a little bit spicier and they taste kind of like Queso Dip... I highly recommend these to eat on your own or for a party. Maybe for the football game coming up (are blogs allowed to say the real name? I know there are lots of legal issues.... but I'm not calling it The Big Game.) These are definitely a must try. They also have cheese curls... I haven't tried these and I don't think I've seen them at my Target... but I would definitely give them a try too!

I also love during the holiday seasons when they have their indulgent trail mixes... these are always really really good. They have a Salted Caramel one for Christmas... I think they bring some out for Easter too that are pretty good... I'll have to get those soon. Basically its candy with some chex mix and other cereal type things in them and they're very good.

This is another holiday thing I like that I didn't see this year... but it is really good and I think people just pick it up really quickly... the Market Pantry Sugar Cookie Milk! This is kind of like an egg nog almost but I don't think there are any eggs in it. Its just a sweet milk that tastes like sugar cookies and its good! I thought it would be like my favorite Egg Nog- the Hood Sugar Cookie Egg Nog... but it wasn't quite that good... but good nonetheless if they even still make things like this!

Also Bubly Sparkling Water... I know this isn't the only place where you can get Bubly- but I always find it at Target- and they have some different flavors in their canned section and in the bottle section by their registers. My favorites are the Raspberry, Pineapple and I like the Strawberry a lot from the bottle section- I'm not sure if they have that in cans. I didn't care for the Blackberry... and the Cherry is pretty good but not my favorite.

So that is everything! I hope you guys like it! Overall takeaway... Dots homestyle pretzels are the best!

Bye!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
