Buzzed Beauty Products: Are They Worth The Hype?

Hey guys! Recently I've been trying out some more buzzed about beauty items... and I thought I'd let you know if they are worth the hype or not. Face  Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-in-1 foundation - This I feel like was very buzzed... A lot of people on youtube say its their favorite foundation, and it is not a bad foundation... but for my skin it wasn't the best that I've tried. My skin is a little dry, this clings to my dry patches. I was impressed with the long-lasting power of it... I've worn this foundation when I worked in retail and it was amazing, but overall was not my favorite. NYC Sunny Bronzer- I really like this. This is sort of a "fool-proof" bronzer that is very easy for beginners. I'm just starting to use Bronzers now and this is really great and easy to use. It's only a few dollars too, so it will definitely be a staple for my collection, even when I run out I will repurchase because it does not break the bank at all. ...

A Week Of Faces

Sooo this is kind of random... but I like taking selfies and I like wearing make up... so this is a week of different make up looks, hair looks... accessories and all sorts of whatnots... so I thought I'd take a picture of my face every day for a week and tell you what I used... why I used it, what I did that day if anything... and any tips or anything that I have for using the product. I just bought a bunch of new products and I thought this is a good way to test out the new stuff... use the old stuff and see what works. Sooo... yeah. Let's do this! Monday  Today I realized how hard it is to actually take a decent selfie... So I think I almost did. I'll post them both here. Products I used  First I primed my face with Maybeline Babyskin primer then I applied my rimmel stay matte foundation. I apply those both the same way because I feel like that's easier. Plus a little bit of both of these products goes a long way. I dab on both cheeks, nose, forehead, and chi...

Feeling Lovely Thursday- Collective Haul

This is a super random haul of odds and ends that I've picked up from different places over the past few weeks. I've had most of the stuff for a while, some things for just a weekish... but I thought now that I've put it to the test, I can share it. Ohhh my gosh... I go to Bath and Body works far too often... thats all I'm gonna say. Sephora!  UD Naked 3 Palette- So I had always been interested in the Naked Palettes. I almost got the Naked 2, but I saw the Stila In The Light Palette, which was a little cheaper and I liked it a little better so I got that instead. I liked the rosy neutrals in this palette, so I thought I'd give it a whirl... I still cannot get over how beautiful it is. I've worn pretty much all of the colors so far and have created so many different looks it's amazing. Really cannot get enough of this. It is a pricey palette, but well worth the money... could not be happier! Sephora Liquid eyeliner- I've never really tried liquid ey...

2013 It List- Feeling Lovely Thursday Edition

Sooo since it is the first Thursday of the new year, I thought I would start it off with a special feeling lovely Thursday where I talk about my favorite 2013 beauty/fashion/hair/skincare/ bath products because those made me feel lovely. This is a top 10 list... but I cheated a bit. I haven't tried any total fails, I usually end up liking some aspect of every makeupy thing that I have... so there may be some overlay of things. Also I'm going to add a little manly bonus at the end, because these blog posts tend to be quite girly, but I thought I'd mention some manly thing for any manly men reading this blog. And que the two and a half men theme song. lolz. 1) Ugg Knee High Knit Boots- I have no idea what these are called, but they are my friggin favorite. I love uggs and toms, I like high heels but I do not live a high heel lifestyle and therefore cannot pull them off in everyday life. I love these so much because they can be worn as knee high's or you could pull them ...
