The Daily Something

Okay... so this is a pretty funny story... that really happened to me a few minutes ago while I was trying to come up with blog ideas. Okay so recently I started subscribing to a youtube channel called "The Honest Guys." They are known for making meditation videos and playing relaxing music. I actually found them trying to find ambient noises while writing. I like thunderstorms and city sounds... and I found one of theirs and I liked it. Since then I've listened to a few of their meditation videos from time to time. I'll listen to their sleep talk downs and their headache healing video has been really helpful for me when I have headaches. Anyway I saw that they had a new video that was a 9 minute fantasy meditation for busy people and I thought "Okay" Because I don't usually commit enough to hear their longer videos. Lol. So I started meditating kind of by accident. Did I tell the weird story about meditation the other day? That will be another post if I didn't.... cause last Wednesday was a weird day aside from the obvious reasons. Anyway, for whatever reason I was looking up Spa Sounds and I found a youtube page called "The Honest Guys" and they had a pretty video going through clouds and that was good... but it was 3 hours and I don't think that's my thing. Then I found  this  video and decided to use it... so I did, and I came up with a cute little story kind of... it isn't finished, but there were characters and there was something to go by with the story. Its a start. I wrote it down in my notebook after and I got a little bit further in writing it. Its a good way to start doing something, so if you're looking to start writing something... even if you don't know what to write about... I'd recommend a guided meditation.
