Scribbles About TV 3/6- Emotional This Is Us, How To Get Away With Murder Season Finale+ More!

Alright... so I think I'm combining some weeks here so this might be extra long... but we'll see what happens I guess? Monday 2/20  Jane The Virgin-  This was a good episode. It gives us more insight into what Jane is like now. We can see her getting over Michael's death and stopping her therapy treatments because she thinks she is ready for that... and I think they did that in a pretty good way. It was nice to show that Jane does get anxiety and Panic attacks and what she can do to help... and how she doesn't always handle it the best. Side note: I kind of think Jane's going to date that guy... and I don't totally trust him... I'm still team Raphael even though it looks like he's been up to some shady business.... and I love Petra. Idk why, I think even though I might seem like I'm like Jane... I'm really just like Petra. Lol. Tuesday 2/21  The Middle-  I didn't fully pay attention to this show... I was eating dinner at the time......

Scribbles About TV! Tv Recap 2.12.17-2.16.17

Here's a little recap of all the shows I watched during the week that are still currently on TV. Sunday  I don't really watch anything on Sunday's. I like Last Man On Earth and some other shows on Sunday I think... I just always forget to watch and I don't have Hulu anymore... and I don't think they're on Netflix or Amazon Prime... so there is just a lot that I miss... that I should watch and catch up on... but I don't. Monday  I really liked Jane The Virgin... I was excited for this episode... and I thought they did a good job of it! I liked seeing the difference between Jane and Petra and how they've gotten closer through the years. I liked Zen Rafael after prison... and I'm still kind of Team Rafael... I wanted Jane to be with both of them to be honest... and I guess this is the only way she can be now lol. Not "lol" this is nothing to laugh at... but it was sweet seeing how they interacted and how Petra and her were close... and ...

Weekly Wrap Up 11/20/16

Favorites  Late Night TV- As I've mentioned... I'm trying to watch as much late night TV as I can  lately... this week I've watched The Late Show, The Late Late Show, Late Night with Seth Meyers, and Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. I mostly have them on in the  background  while I do other stuff. Late Night and The Late Late show I try to watch live... but most of it I try to have on while blogging or cleaning my room or doing my makeup. Right now The Late Show is on while I'm writing this. I still want to watch Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, some more Seth Meyers... probably Bill Mahr and Samantha Bee too. It's a good time for Late Night TV.  How To Get Away With Murder- Wow... That Winter Finale... Wow! That's all I'll say... it was pretty shocking. I did a whole post on it yesterday... so just know it was pretty great.  Life Scribbles Monday I went out to lunch with my mom... I think I went to Harmon and Starbucks too... yep that was ...

Scribbles About TV: How To Get Away With Murder Winter Finale Review/ Reaction+ SPOILERS

Last season I was totally unimpressed with How To Get Away With Murder... and this year it has just been amazing me! Since the very first episode of the season too... it was just sooo good. And I thought that they were really going to bait and switch us. Having us all pumped all season long for one of the students that we've been following all series died and then they pick someone like Simon or Oliver... or even Nate to die... but no. They went with the main character, our window to the world of How To Get Away With Murder... and the hottest guy on the show: Wes. I was actually gasping when it all happened. First off: I always watch the show with my mom... and she fell asleep! Can you believe that? She fell asleep RIGHT BEFORE THE REVEAL! She was even the one to kind of make me watch the show because we missed the last couple episodes. Really mom? I wasn't going to tell her... but I had to. Lol anyway back to the show... so I was gasping and when they were like "He...

Scribbles About TV: End of Feb 2015

Big Week for TV! Oscars, Parks and Rec Series Finale, How to Get Away With Murder Season Finale... plus a lot of other good shows. Its one of Jon Stewarts last shows! Lol. Every week now until he leaves is I guess... but yeah. Lol. I watched The Oscars. I don't usually watch the full thing, but I did this year because... we had leftover appetizers from the superbowl, so I invited my friend over lol. Now I'm watching Jimmy Kimmel. I don't watch Jimmy Kimmel often because when Nia Vardalos was on promoting Connie and Carla, I thought he was a little disrespectful for her because he would only mention meeting Quentin Tarantino when she was on... and idk. I think I may have misjudged him a little bit, because I've seen some of his other shows and he is really quite funny and seems pretty normal and he's friends with a lot of other celebrities. His shows always do really fun bits, the episode Matt Damon hosted was really funny. And his monologue was really good for...

This Week In TV: Week of 11/16/14

Sunday  Once Upon A Time- Ohhhh my gosh! What is happening and why???? When Rumple took Hook's heart its like he took my heart too! And then at the end the touching scene with Emma and her parents and Henry and Elsa. And then the cliffhanger at the end... it was good. Can't believe it isn't on again for two weeks! Ugh! Bobs Burgers- This was kind of cute. I like that Bob admitted that Teddy was his best friend. I liked that Louise won the Ice game thingy... it wasn't my favorite episode but it was pretty good. Brooklyn 99- I appreciate that Brooklyn 99 does Thanksgiving episodes. I loved Friends Thanksgiving episodes, but I like a lot of workplace comedies now, and they don't do Thanksgiving. Hell Arrested Development never even did a Thanksgiving episode... could you IMAGINE Thanksgiving with the Bluths????? Lol. So funny to imagine... anyhoos this was a funny episode. I liked that Jake was in charge and I love when Holt and Jeffords are together. It's ju...

Scribbles about TV: How To Get Away With Murder Winter Finale with lots and lots of spoilers. But I don't totally know what's going on... so yeah.

Soooo.... I love How To Get Away With Murder. I really do... but sometimes its just feels like there is only one episode of the show and its just all a repeat of that episode. I thought this would be different because we're finding out what happened to Sam, FINALLY... but I mean come on! There were so many recaps and they went over the same little details of his murder over and over and over again... that its like we knew all of this stuff already. I'm wayyyy more interested to learn who killed Lila instead of who killed Sam... but whatever. I'll get to my theory of that in a little bit... So first off... when they do the murder of Sam fake out at the beginning... that was brilliant and lame and frustrating. It was so lame he just fell down the stairs... and they were already talking about hiding the body and not calling the cops so it seemed legit. Then he attacks Rebecca and then BAM! Wes is there to save her and he kills Sam. The odd thing is though... I don't thin...

Scribbles About TV: New Characters I'm OBSESSED WITH!

So as you know... there are a lot of new shows I've been watching and loving... and there are a few characters I like more than others. Here are the ones I'm obsessed with. American Horror Story Freakshow  I'm going to start with one of my favorites: American Horror Story. I love Edward Mouldrake and I really hope that they bring him back. I thought his story was just soo sooo interesting. He kind of reminded me of the Ax Man... but he's a totally different and really interesting character. I think they've said his freakshow isn't gone and that he isn't going anywhere and I don't think he is. Also the newest member of his freakshow is another favorite: Twisty the clown! I didn't like Twisty when it first started because... he's just too scary and crazy. Once I heard his side of the story I actually went "Awwww!" He's adorable and his story is really great. I really felt bad for him, but also happy that he's in Edward Mould...

This Week in TV- (Week of 11/2/14)

Sunday-  Once Upon a Time- I like the connection between Emma and the Snow Queen, but that is very creepy and dark. I liked that this episode focused around Belle, I thought that was great. I thought Belle's mom was going to be the missing sister, but I guess she wasn't. I'm not sure I totally understood everything that was going on, this is one of their harder to follow storylines, but overall it was good. The Affair- Must catch up! Bob's Burgers- I'm so happy this show is back! I thought it was really funny too. Tina fell in love with a fake ghost that Louise made up... it was just really good all around. They always have good Halloween episodes and this was really really great. Brooklyn 99- Really funny episode all around. Holt was good, it was funny that Jake and Amy found out about Gina and Boyle... The club scene was funny, and I like seeing the softer side of Rosa. She was especially good paired with Terry Crews character this week. Monday  Gotham...

THIS WEEK IN TV- 10/12/14-10/16/14

Sunday 10/12 Once Upon a Time- So happy to see Regina back in a more prominent role. I loved her and Henry together trying to prove she's a good guy. I love that Robin Hood is back with her. I love that Emma is afraid to be with Hook. I love that Hook can tell when Rumple is lying... I really like the Snow Queen, although I kind of miss Zelena now. And yeah. It was quite good. The Affair- I just started watching this show yesterday (which was Saturday.) and I'm already super excited for the new episode. Especially now that I know there is sort of a twist... I'm writing this part at 9:16 if anyone was wondering, it comes on at 10 and I will write more about what I thought about the episode... but I just wanted you guys to know I'm pumped. I like this show a lot now and I'm excited for tonights episode. Goddamnit! It's the same episode I watched yesterday! I guess the premier is this week and not next week but they had a special preview on demand. That was d...

This Week In TV! Storybrooke is Frozen,Always Sunny guest stars on Fox Comedies,Selina Kyle origin &more (9/3/14)

Sooo this is a new thing I want to do every week... As you may know, I watch a lot of TV and I've thought of doing OUAT Recaps... but then when AHS comes back on I'm going to want to do that also... so I just thought why not just do a full on recap of all the shows I've watched that week at the end of the week? There will probably be spoilers, there are some shows I don't always watch but I'll try to catch up on. Also I want to try to write these pretty much right after I watch whatever show I watch, so these will all be reviews I write different times probably. Sunday  Once Upon A Time- Ahhhh the long awaited Frozen Once Upon a Time premier! I didn't like the movie Frozen all that much, but I was excited to see what Once Upon a Time would do with it... and overall I was both pleased and slightly disappointed. I liked the addition of Elsa and Anna, I think they're both really fun characters and great actresses and Kristoff too was quite funny. But... I...

Scribbles About TV: Gotham and How To Get Away With Murder

I have to say, as far as drama's go... I have never been as impressed as I have been with the dramas that are just airing on TV right now, and there are already a lot of great things on TV right now and I think a lot of dramas are stepping up their game and I think this season is going to be amazing. These two shows are no exception! I just felt so connected to these characters and I'm already sucked into the world created in these shows and honestly they're such simple concepts, but they have never quite been done before in this way. First I'm going to start off with Gotham. We all know the story of Batman and we love it and the characters and villains from that world. In this show, Bruce Wayne isn't Batman yet, he's a little boy that just had to watch his parents get murdered by someone the cops didn't even know. This is quite a scandal in the city of Gotham because his parents were rich and they were very well known in the community, and its not somet...

Scribbles About TV: Fall Shows I'm excited for

So this year, there are actually quite a few shows I'm excited to see. A couple I've seen already thanks to early previews online, but yeah there are quite a few. Fox  I'm starting with Fox because I don't really know what they have this year, but so far there is one thing I'm very very interested in. Want to take a guess? Gotham of corse! I'm a huge Batman fan and when I heard about a series... I damn near lost it. I love a good villain origin story, that is probably my favorite type of weirdly specific subgenre, but I'm a total sucker for it. It'll be like Once Upon a Time, but with Batman Villains. Super super pumped. Also Jada Pinkett Smith is in it and she looks super cool in the trailers. NBC  NBC has a couple things I think look interesting. I already saw the pilot for From A to Z and I wasn't that impressed with it. There was nothing amazing about it, the characters were blah. It wasn't horrible, but I won't be rewatching the p...
