The Daily Something

So I was kind of out of blog ideas... and I didn't get to watch The Bachelor yet for a Bachelor recap... that'll probably be tomorrow's blog. But for today I thought I'd do a fun "what to buy for under $10" post. Maybe this will help for Valentine's Day or just for a fun little gift. I'm not going to keep it to 1 store- I'll mention a little bit of everything. I'll try to include pictures if it is something that I bought myself...idk if I'll include links to anything because I don't want anyone getting upset if they can't find anything. But I'll try to get pictures! 1) Disney/ Pixar Up Adventure Coin Purse (Boxlunch) $9.90 - Boxlunch had some really cute coin purses from Disney... and I was in need of one! So I got this Up one- it had a really cute pom pom that looked just like the balloon on it. I love Up- it's a movie that always makes me cry... and it just makes me happy to use this. 2) Dos Card Game (Target) $5....

So if you read my post from yesterday- you know that I love The Disney Store, but it is unfortunately closing. I did pick up some things from the store that I thought I'd share with you guys! I did get a couple of t shirts. One is a Star Wars shirt, which is technically a men's shirt but I thought it looked really cool and I don't like that Disney doesn't carry the same things for men and for women. For the most part they look unisex to me and a lot of their men's stuff has characters I like better. Like the star wars shirt for women was grey with pink lettering and had no pictures, but the mens shirt had a really cool metallic silver logo on black clothing with pictures of all the new characters and Luke inside of the letters... much cooler! So I got that! The other shirt I got is really funny and it has Sleeping Beauty on it and it says "I Woke Up Like This." Which I really liked! So my local Disney Store is closing... and there are still going to be a couple opened nearby... but this is the one that I grew up with and it's special to me. Here are some pictures of what The Disney Store looked like in the 90s... So this isn't actually from the 90s based on some of the characters I see in there... but my store had a stuffed animal tower like this that I would always climb in... probably super unsanitary... but fun! Lol.  They were filled with statues of the different Disney Characters... mostly the Fab 5... It looks like they have some other princesses in there too... and it was just a lot of fun. You could pre-order the videotapes and they would come with special toys or lithograph pictures or something. They also always had buttons that you could get when new movies came out. Even when I was a grown up I got one of my friends an Avengers Water Bottle because I knew that was her favorite movie and she used water bottles a lot... anyway they ...
