1) She's always entertaining to watch- I've seen a lot of movies with Cameron Diaz in it, and I feel like she's just super fun to watch. Even if a movie gets bad reviews and its not great overall, like Bad Teacher for example, its still fun to watch because she's just so good in it. I just think she's one of those movie stars that really brings it to any movie she's in. 2) She can do different types of genres- I know she mostly does Rom Coms but she can step out of her comfort zone and do a lot of different things. I really liked the movie The Box that she was in and that was a psychological thriller type of movie. I may be the only person that liked that movie, but I thought she was great. I've never seen the movie My Sister's Keeper, but that's not a comedy either and she was able to be the mom in that and I think it got pretty good reviews if memory serves me. This is one of those movies I was a little disappointed in just because I feel like if I were to direct a comedy... I would do a little bit of a better job. That might just be me being arrogant, but the director of this movie was the same director of the Notebook, and I don't think he's a bad director... I just think this was his first crack at a comedy and it turned out a little weird. That being said, I did think this movie was a lot of fun, especially if you see it with your girlfriends. This movie was really a cute story and it was quite funny... But a lot of it was off just a tad. First off a lot of the lines were ADR added after the movie was off and it was quite obvious. Like there were full conversations between characters where it was quite obvious the actors were not in the same room at the same time. This was something a lot of people complained about with the fourth season of Arrested Development, so I know a lot of people would probably be bothered by this movie....
