It List: April 2017

1) 13 Reasons Why- This has been my favorite show of the month I think... It was a really great binge. I was a little skeptical at first because it wasn't really all that subtle. It's predictable... there are a few surprises... but nothing that you can't really predict... it's a good show to watch on Netflix... I'm excited for more seasons... and I was even watching it a second time because I just liked it a lot. It's almost like a movie... which is cool. Brian D'arcy James and Kate Walsh are great... the rest of the cast is pretty good too... I just like it! 2) Unicorn Frap- This is the most unique drink Starbucks has had in a while. It's very flavorful... it's sweet then it gets sour... then sweet again then very sour... it's not for everyone... but I really liked it and it's probably a highlight of the month for me. 3) Sephora and Ulta Sales- I feel like I can't not mention the Sephora and Ulta sales that happened this month... bec...

Feeling Lovely Thursday- Collective Haul

This is a super random haul of odds and ends that I've picked up from different places over the past few weeks. I've had most of the stuff for a while, some things for just a weekish... but I thought now that I've put it to the test, I can share it. Ohhh my gosh... I go to Bath and Body works far too often... thats all I'm gonna say. Sephora!  UD Naked 3 Palette- So I had always been interested in the Naked Palettes. I almost got the Naked 2, but I saw the Stila In The Light Palette, which was a little cheaper and I liked it a little better so I got that instead. I liked the rosy neutrals in this palette, so I thought I'd give it a whirl... I still cannot get over how beautiful it is. I've worn pretty much all of the colors so far and have created so many different looks it's amazing. Really cannot get enough of this. It is a pricey palette, but well worth the money... could not be happier! Sephora Liquid eyeliner- I've never really tried liquid ey...

The Best Coupon in The World

I wrote this last year in Creative Writing Class as a Satire. I was inspired by lots of rules and restrictions on coupons from my store and frustrated customers. Honestly I don't think the stores coupon restrictions were that ridiculous, but I can see how if a customer didn't read it carefully they can get confused. I've been on both sides, and I know the experience. Although I'm pretty sure I specifically thought of this last year around Christmas time after being torn apart by two old women basically for doing my job. They wanted to use a coupon for something they already purchased, which can be a long process on our registers. Yeah, I mean the more I think about it I was literally just doing my job, exactly the way I was taught how and these women wanted me fired for that... kind of ridiculous when two older women completely tear apart a 21 year old kid just for doing her job... but hey that's retail sometimes. With that little intro- I hope you enjoy this, esp...
