The Daily Something

So while I know Target is still open and considered an essential business... for what I go to Target for- it doesn't make sense to go there. I don't think they should be open other than for groceries- so as much as I love Target and as much as I'd like to go there just to see what they have or just be in there... I know its not right and I can get anything I want from Target online... as you guys can tell from my other 2 Target Posts. Tomorrow I might put what I LOVE about Target's website because it is all the joy of Target from your home. The Dollar Spot  The dollar spot is very fun to peruse and see all of the decorations. I haven't been buying as much from the dollar spot recently, but it is one of my favorite places to check out around holidays and I love seeing how people decorate using items from The Dollar Spot. So I thought this might be a fun thing for me to write... I feel like any collector can kind of relate to this too... the need to get all the things, or the things you could get to complete the collection and just basically the fun of collecting things in general. Before I even saw Ralph Breaks The Internet- I knew that I loved the scene/ idea of the Cozy Princesses that have a sleepover with Vanellope and... I just thought this was a cute little disney crossover and kind of a perfect way for Disney to kind of poke fun at themselves. And after seeing the movie I got a little more obsessed with it... and now I'm collecting all of them... and my desk looks like this now... So it all started off with Rapunzel and Jasmine. I was in Boxlunch with my boyfriend and I knew I wanted to collect them all... but I wanted to start out with my favorites... and quite frankly the ones that Boxlunch had the fewest of because I figured these wouldn't be super hard to find... but still. ...

Ugh I keep meaning to write first thing in the morning... and I just haven't been waking up that early. Normally I'm up pretty early... but I've been cleaning up my room late at night... and I was just kind of exhausted today... so that didn't happen. Another thing that didn't happen: Going to see Coco! My mom and I tried to get there early to see the 2:30 showing of Coco- but it was sold out when we went there! So we went shopping again... But to go shopping... we had to pass the Food Court... not usually a bad thing- but it smelled TERRIBLE. I don't know what it could have been... it was near a Bananas and a Green Leaf- which sometimes smell terrible... and there were a couple of new places in that food court... I'm not eating there again though because it just smelled HORRIBLE! We did get some Christmas sale deals at Hallmark, Disney Store and I got some $3 Wallflowers from Bath and Body Works. Sooo I want to get back into telling you about my week again! Here we go! Sunday 9.3.17  My mom was having a party for Labor Day Weekend on Sunday. That was fun- a lot of my family came over and we had cheeseburgers... some hot dogs... some hamburgers... but it was good. My niece was over- which is always a lot of fun. The family loves seeing her. She's super funny and cute and a baby... which is fun. I see her all the time- but not everyone in my family does... so it's really cute to see her with everyone. My stye was irritated on Sunday... just a little bit... I thought it was going to go away... but today is Tuesday- and... it got worse... so I'm going to do the hot compresses and everything. It will go away. I have a chronic stye... so every once and a while something irritates it. I think it was allergies and stress this time. Monday 9.4.17  Today was actually Labor Day... and it was a really nice day out... but it was the "last day" for the labor...

Saturday 2.25  Today we had friends over for dinner. We were celebrating one of our friends birthdays and we just caught up, ate some roast beef and it was all nice and fun! They were over for a while! It was good! We had fun! I watched some crazy ex girlfriend, I cleaned the bathroom and started listening to the soundtrack for Dear Evan Hansen... which was really good so far! I've just been listening to musical soundtracks lately, I've been listening to The Great Comet of 1812 and I finished that... so now I'm just watching a little bit of everything! Sunday 2.26  Sunday my sister and niece stopped over! She picked up the handprint paperweight that she made with the baby and we got one as well! So cute! We talked a little and watched the baby and played with her and we watched the Oscars a little bit! The baby looks a little bigger and different every time we see her now! She's got a lot of hair! My first day as a 25 year old... here's what happened! I woke up super early... I did makeup that was a little weird, different than what I usually do... but still nice and yeah. It's Ravenclaw inspired and it will be on a blog coming soon. Then my mom and I went to Costco. She needed to return something and we looked around a little bit. It was fun. But then we needed coffee... so we went to Starbucks! Which happens to be inside of a Target... so we looked at Target! I got Crayola Markers and the book Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarity... Idk what its about but its for my book club. And we went to AC Moore to look at halloween decorations and stuff and then CVS because that's always fun. We were going to go to a Greek place that we liked... but its closed apparently, which is really sad... so we went to a different Greek Place and that was good too. So this is new and idk what its going to be about. I just came up with the name... I think I'll maybe just tell a story of something that happened to me today... or something that affected my life... or maybe a few things. Idk. I feel like I have a few good ones today... so maybe it'll be a good one. The Little Kid Pictures  So I don't really feel like posting these... but my grandmother gave me some pictures of me as a little kid and I was at a farm with some roosters and I have a purple jacket on. Favorites  Big Love- This has been mentioned before... but season 2 is wayyy better than season 1. Season 1 wasn't bad... but there were a lot of storylines they just kind of gave up on and never mentioned again. Season 2 hasn't been like that and I'm almost done with it. Instagram- I've been having some fun with Instagram! I created another account called Shannonsreviews and I like it a lot. Coach Outlets- I really like the Coach Outlets. They had 50% off this week. I may or may not have gotten 2 bags in 2 days... lol. Highlights  Sunday and Tuesday I went to the fancy mall. Friday and Saturday I got coach bags at the outlets... oops. Soooo... I don't really want to post about my day... but I don't really want to post anything else either. I started writing something about female characters in movies and TV... but I just didn't like what I was writing and... idk... I was a blog writing machine this week and now I feel defeated. Do you ever have one of those days where you keep picking the wrong lines at stores? That was my day today. Lol. So I figured I'd tell you guys about it. So my mom and I went to the mall. I had a censor left on a coat that we had gotten a few months ago, but it just got cold enough to wear and I happened to notice it yesterday while in American Eagle... and then the alarms went off. SO that was  a thing... Anyway we went to get that taken off today, there were lines all over, we got in a short line... but it still took a while to just do that.  Then we went to Sephora... surprisingly no line there. Alrighty! Happy Thanksgiving weekend! Today is my sister's birthday, so Happy Birthday to her! And its also Thanksgiving week and my grandfather's birthday was on Thanksgiving, so this is a pretty big week! Hope everyone else is having a great week too! Into the favorites! Sooo a few days ago I decided why not go to the mall and then I saw things to buy and I was like "why not buy those things" so I did just that. So first I went to CVS and they had a deal on physicians formula that I was really looking at... But physicians formula is quite expensive, and a lot of it is really really small. The packaging for their CC creams I thought would be much bigger, but they aren't all that much bigger than the Rimmel Foundation I use and it's like $17 at Cvs... So I was like nahhhh I'll pass on that. But I did not pass on the NYC stuff. So I'm slowly trying to get more into bronzers and stuff, and I thought NYC's Sunny Bronzer would be a good start to that. It's only a few dollars and everyone raves about it. It's so nice and light and I have to say I love the packaging. Do I need more stuff? Yes, yes I do. So I felt like buying some make up recently and I had a 15 percent off sephora coupon so I thought "what the hell" and went to the mall. I had no idea what I wanted at sephora because honestly there is sooo much new stuff and it all looks pretty and gorgeous and I want it all basically. And honestly I was super SUPER close to buying the two faced chocolate bar palette... But I have a lot of eye palettes I didn't think I would use it right now and I want it someday but it isn't a big need in my life right now. Sooo I was a little bummed about my haul last week... but I recently had a super satisfying and amazing shopping trip where I got a lot of really cool stuff. And it is my spring break, so I have a feeling there will be just a little more to come from this... let's start off though. Cotton On First my friend Cristina and I went to Cotton On and they had 2 for $40 hoodies and we decided to each get one and split the price.
