How To NOT Make Queso Dip

Okay... so I've made Queso Dip before and from what I remember- it's pretty simple. You just need Cheese and Salsa... but trust me... it can go wrong! So my desire to make queso came from the fact that I'm going to my friends house tomorrow and we were going to order a lot of takeout... but we then decided to go out for tacos instead- and than that shifted to a Build Your Own Taco Bar at my friends apartment... so that's cool and that's why I was like "Oh I want to make some queso for that!" Queso Dip  Along the same lines as the nachos, Queso Dip is easy... just melt some cheese with some salsa and you've got a nice, tasty queso. I think it works best if you have cube cheese... but I think it would work if you had the pre-shredded cheese. Quesadillas  Definite Mexican food theme here... lol. If you have some grilled chicken and some cheese and tortillas, its very easy to make a quesadilla. You could probably do something breakfasty with this too. I ...
