So I wanted to have my American Horror Story Throwbacks written before Halloween... but that didn't happen. It's hard to watch AHS like that lol. Anyway... here's my review on La La Land which is a movie that came out some time ago and I watched it just in September I think? Maybe October? I thought this movie was really good. It was kind of hard to watch because it was sad. I didn't want to see them break up... I actually started watching this movie one day and then didn't finish it until quite a few days later because I didn't want them to break up... and I could see the movie was going that way and it made me sad. Lol. I loved the chemistry between Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling. They both sing really well too... Gosling isn't the best singer- but he's so good looking and he's just got swagger and is right for the part. 10) Battle of The Sexes- I love Emma Stone and really want to see this movie! It just looks like a good movie... I don't always like Sports movies... but I can deal with a Tennis movie lol. I kind of like tennis in movies. Maybe there will be a review of this soon! 9) Flatliners- I talked about this last week... with all the horror movies out right now- I don't think that this is one you should waste your time with. It might be more of a psychological thriller... but still- not the first pick! 8) Victoria and Abdul- My grandfather would have liked this movie and my mom wants to see it. I kind of want to see it to because 1) Who doesn't love Dame Judy Dench? 2) I miss hearing about these types of movies from my grandfather- which makes me a little more interested. 7) The Lego Ninjago Movie- I think this is the least successful Lego Movie yet. I think the original Lego Movie was on top of the charts for several weeks- same with the Lego Batman movie... I feel like this ...

Favorites  Chobani Flips- I've been eating the Chobani Flips whenever I've had an actual breakfast... I've tried the "Honey,That's Nuts" "Almond Cocoa Loco" and Peanut Caramel Satisfaction... which I just did a review on right  here . It was good!  Netflix- I've just been watching a lot of movies lately... trying to watch a movie a day for March... and so far, most of what I've watched was on Netflix. I watched Amelie, Zootopia and Chicago and The Jungle Book... everything's been good so far. I'm excited to keep up with this! KFC Georgia Gold- I had this this week... it was amazing! I think it's still at KFC stores... if you can get this... omg! Get it! I had the extra crispy chicken... but you can get it in tenders or a chicken little sandwich also... this- with coleslaw...yummmmm! So good! News and World Events The big news of the week was the Oscar Blunder. PWC were responsible for the mishap and they apologized....

We've got a lot to go over tonight... let's start wit the big one... Mahershala Ali is the first Muslim man or woman to win an acting Oscar! I know this probably isn't what you were thinking of as "The Big Thing" but frankly... this is what people should be talking about! What an amazing achievement. I haven't actually seen any of the movies... but from reviews I've read and clips I've seen... he really makes the movie. A lot of the times an AMAZING supporting actor or actress can make the difference between winning Best Picture or not winning best picture. And Mahershala isn't really known to be an a-lister or anything... he's been in lots of movies- Boggs in The Hunger Games and he was on House of Cards and Luke Cage... it's still not a name I think has been heard before... and now I'm sure his name will be well known and he'll go on to do a lot more stuff! Good job Mahershala! Great accomplishment. Okay so now the big moment ...
