Weekly Wrap Up! 3.5.17

Favorites

Chobani Flips- I've been eating the Chobani Flips whenever I've had an actual breakfast... I've tried the "Honey,That's Nuts" "Almond Cocoa Loco" and Peanut Caramel Satisfaction... which I just did a review on right here. It was good!

Netflix- I've just been watching a lot of movies lately... trying to watch a movie a day for March... and so far, most of what I've watched was on Netflix. I watched Amelie, Zootopia and Chicago and The Jungle Book... everything's been good so far. I'm excited to keep up with this!

KFC Georgia Gold- I had this this week... it was amazing! I think it's still at KFC stores... if you can get this... omg! Get it! I had the extra crispy chicken... but you can get it in tenders or a chicken little sandwich also... this- with coleslaw...yummmmm! So good!

News and World Events

The big news of the week was the Oscar Blunder. PWC were responsible for the mishap and they apologized... after making Emma Stone, Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty look bad. Lol. The man responsible was fired. It seemed as though he was distracted by the lovely Emma Stone.

And this will be in the clickables because it's the best and most adorable thing in the whole world. A white kid asked his mom if he could shave his head so that his teacher couldn't tell him and his best friend apart... his best friend is black... it's just so sweet how this kid doesn't see race, he just wants to look like his friend. I wish more people were like that. And the picture of them together is cute! They really do look alike!

Noteworthy Snacks

I already mentioned them both!

Music
I listened to the Ed Sheeran Cd today... that was really good.

Quotes
"What sets you apart can feel like a burden, and it's not. A lot of times it's what makes you great." - Emma Stone

Thoughts

The only way to explain weather in New Jersey is an ongoing fight between heat miser and snow miser.

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...
