Scribbles: 3.18.17

Saturday 3.11

Saturday I went to Target I think and then I went out to eat at a nice restaurant with my parents and grandmother. My food was really good, so it was especially nice. I liked it a lot!

Sunday 3.12
Sunday I visited my sister and the baby. The baby is growing up so fast! She's getting so smart... I was amazed at how many changes we saw this week. She's got her nursery ready- it took a little while because she was early... and she's looking around at things in her room. So cute.

Monday 3.13
Saw her again today. Not quite as long, but I still got to see her face, she's a cutie!

Tuesday 3.14
Tuesday was supposed to be a blizzard... but there was no blizzard, it was just very very windy! So it was kind of a snow day... but not really. Most places were closed down due to the weather... even though there was no snow... it was a cold day, but it was okay. I just stayed home, cleaned my room I think and watched Friends. Maybe I cleaned my room on Sunday actually... lol. I don't remember.

Also the This is Us Season Finale and the Trial and Error Season Premiere were on... so that was exciting!

Wednesday 3.15
Wednesday was a little bit better weather... but the day itself was a long day. I had pizza for lunch and Fish and Chips for dinner...so that was good... but yeah. Long day.

Thursday 3.16
Today I went to see my sister again. This is the day we could really see how much she's changed in just 2 months. She follows my sister all around the room, she laughs at me because I play with her toys to get her to stop crying and I do look and sound like my sister, so I think she likes that. She's such a cute little baby. It's just amazing to see everything different that she does!

Friday 3.17
Friday my mom and I went to TGI Fridays and then saw Beauty and The Beast! I'll have reviews on those to come soon! I did really like Beauty and the Beast!

Byeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
