Weekly Wrap Up 3/25/17

Favorites

Sing- This is such a cute movie! I got the blu ray and watched it this week... it's just a cute little feel good movie. Not as much actual singing as I thought there would be, but all the singing is really good still. And it's just one of those cute ones! I recommend watching it!

The Most Popular Girls in School- This is a great web series... I think it was a favorite last week or a few weeks ago... but I finished it... and I'm already watching it again. It's really funny.

Trial and Error- This is a great show! I had it as a favorite last week... it still keeps getting better. Highly recommend it.

News and World Events
Chuck Berry died... which is sad. He was an amazing talent and he really did invent Rock and Roll... which is the basis for so many other genres of music... it's very sad.

First day of Spring Happened... so there's a thing.

National Puppy Day was this week. Technically it was the 23rd, but Spencer would argue it's also the 24th... and the 25th... and all the other days of the year.

Someone on Wheel of Fortune was solving the puzzle. The Puzzle read like this A Streetcar Na_ed Desire. He guessed K... It went viral. The answer was of corse A Streetcar Named Desire!

Noteworthy Snacks
Cannoli Chips! I'll have a review on those soon!

Chobani Flips...

I had some really great Bagels this week!

Music
I listened to Ed Sheeran a lot again... I like the song New Man right now!

Quotes

"This stage is about to explode with major Piggy Power!"- Gunther from sing

Thoughts
My baby niece has started smiling and I got her to give me big smiles... and that was the best!

Clickables
My thoughts on marriage

Lin Manuel Miranda's Puppy - He wrote Dear Theodosia based on how he found his puppy. It's a really sweet story.

Snoopy- This is a cute image I saw on puppy day. \

Trial and Error  as of right now you can see all 4 episodes on NBC.com... which I don't think you need a cable provider for. If you do have cable, NBC is pretty good on having every episode available on demand. I definitely recommend checking it out!

Byeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
