The Daily Something

So here's something I was pretty excited about! GraceHelbig from youtube now has a talk show on E! I love Grace, I haven't watched her videos in such a long time... but when I heard she had a movie out recently and a book and a talk show now, I got excited. She's a genuinely talented person and she's really funny and seems nice and down to earth. Plus She's a Jersey Girl, which always makes me really happy. So the show is kind of like a normal show, and also kind of not that normal. She describes it as an Introvert's talk show. There is no studio audience its filmed in a little house... idk if its a real house or a set that looks like a house, but I think thats cool. I'm pretty much an introvert myself, so I like that about it. It also seems like she has some sketches and characters too. It reminds me a little of Comedy Bang Bang. 1) He's a really good host- The non-crazy parts of the podcast are always really funny. He gets to really good host. He's nice to his guests and promotes them and says how talented they are... but he's not like overly brown nosing. He'll joke around and I feel like he just seems like someone really comfortable to have interview you. I think it would be very nerve-racking to both improvise and do an interview promoting a project, if the host was someone more intimidating. Idk there are a lot of hosts I think aren't good to their guests and some that I think intimidate people... He's good at that. 2) He's also good at improvising- Hosting isn't easy. Improv isn't easy. He does both really really well. It is such a unique show and mostly because of his ability to multi task in this situation makes it even better. This is the weirdest and most sudden man crush I think I've ever had. I've been a fan of Andy Daily for a while now, I love Review I think he's funny on Comedy Bang Bang and on at midnight and everything else he's been on as a guest star. I've been listening to Comedy Bang Bang a lot lately and 2 episodes of his were the top 2 episodes of 2014 (the podcast, not the tv show) and I liked the way that Scot was explaining what he and Jason Manzoukas did to Andy Daily while he was on the show. They would like improv bully him basically lol. They would make all his characters super crazy, usually they'd end up killing themselves and you have to "yes and" in improv, so even if you aren't totally comfortable with what you're doing you have to go along with it.
