Blogmas Day 11 and a Half: The Best Holiday TV Episodes

I thought I would do this a little differently just because A) It's 10:30 I haven't posted a blog here and I need to still. B) I have other things to do... C) Really I just want to do an 11 and a half so that I can save Day 12 for Christmas! Lol... Sooooo yeah... I'm just going to do this as a list... no real order.  1) The Life in Pieces 12 Shorts of Christmas- This was on the other night and it's so funny... I already think it's a holiday classic! One of my favorite things I saw this Christmas... they have 12 shorts instead of the usual 4... it was just really funny and well done.  2) The Community Christmas Episodes- Obviously I love this... I just did a blog post on all the Community Christmas episodes... these are a must watch!  3) Festivus- This Seinfeld episode is one of the best ever! I love it!  4) The Friends Christmas Episodes- If you watch these all together then you'll notice a dark backstory about Phoebe... it's worth checking ou...

Will and Grace Reboot Review

Sooo I feel like its hard to give my favorite show from back in the day a negative review... and that's not to say I would give it a negative review if I could... but there are maybe some things that I didn't think were the best for the show. I would say it isn't a perfect show... but it is what you need it to be. Oddly enough, my main concern going into the show isn't something I'm actually concerned about after watching it. My main concern before the show aired was that it didn't pick up where the show left off. Will and Grace didn't have children and they were no longer with their spouses that they ended up with on Will and Grace. That was addressed early on in the episode in a way that didn't really bother me. I'm not really thinking of this series as a continuation of the original show... I think it's Will and Grace but in 2017 instead of the 90s/2000s. And honestly... we really need that. Just so much has happened and it just makes sense ...

Throwback Thursday: Top 10 Favorite Will and Grace Moments/episodes/ characters

You guys know I love Will and Grace- so I thought I'd share my top 10 moments from the show. I'm going to try to put these in some sort of order... but I think it'll be kind of hard. 10) The Guest Stars- I think it's probably impossible to even think of Will and Grace without thinking of all the amazing guest stars that they've had throughput the years. Janet Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, Minnie Driver, John Cleese, Britney Spears, Madonna, Demi Moore, Kevin Bacon, Matt Damon, Glen Close... those are just some of the amazing guest stars they have... the one that sticks out the most of corse is Cher... Her first appearance on the show is one of the most memorable moments from watching it as a kid. Jack had no idea it was Cher, Jack's idol, and he says he can do a better Cher Impression... but he can't because it's Cher! Lol. And then he faints. It's just so funny. 9) Anything Rosario Says!- Rosario is one of the funniest characters of all time... let a...

The Weekly POP!

So...I kind of keep thinking of Weekly series to do... and I don't fully have this planned out yet- but I think on Saturdays I will have any and all pop culture news... and maybe I'll include some things that aren't actually news but things about Pop Culture I found out this week? Honestly... I have no idea what I'm going to do with this blog... I just came up with the idea less than a minute before I started writing this very post... so let's see what's up! News  All of Will and Grace is available right now on Hulu... it is virtually impossible to get this on DVD- they never made a blu-ray... so this is kind of the only means to watch it- unless you're like me and you watch it on lifetime every weekend and tivo it and watch it before bed most days... I already want Hulu to begin with... I don't have it currently... but this has me pretty excited! The revival debuts on Thursday! This weekend could be one of the most successful in Box Office history...

July 2017 It List

1) Despicable Me 3- I loved this movie! I love all Despicable Me and Minion Movies... I think this was the funniest and also kind of the cutest... and I loved the villain. I really liked the villain of this movie too... it was really funny! 2) Justin Scarred- Justin Scarred did a whole series on youtube traveling all of Route 66- from California to Chicago and then back again! It's a really great series, he's such a fun youtuber and there's a lot of history to be learned from the road. It's really cool. 3) Starbucks Chai Latte- I've switched from the White Mocha to the Chai Latte... not really sure why... I just started going to Starbucks 2 times and then I got bored of the White Mocha... so I ordered the Chai at night... and then I wanted it during the day too... so yeah. This is probably what I'll get till the fall... and then I'll probably do the Pumpkin spice... or I'll get a pump of Pumpkin in the chai latte. It's a really nice drink... I ju...

Weekly Wrap Up 5.7.17

Favorites  The Late Show with Stephen Colbert- I just decided to watch this show again this week… it seems like a good time lol. It’s really funny. Sometimes I’d rather watch Netflix or youtube or something like that instead of late night talk shows… but I sort of like having a daily routine at night… and Colbert and James Corden are part of it!  Pixar Music - I have a good cry over a lot of pixar music… that’s just been a thing I’ve been doing lately… and you’ll see some linked in the clickables… it’s a nice thing to have on in the background while writing.  Grace and Frankie- This was more of a favorite last week… but I finished it up this week… didn’t love this season tbh… but it was there. It was pretty funny… I’ll have a review soon! I think in a few days actually!   News And World Events  Jimmy Kimmel surprised his viewers… and the rest of the world with a very serious monologue about his Son’s healthcare needs. His son was born with...

Scribbles About TV: Best Lines From Shows

A lot of times a lot of jokes and stuff in tv shows can get lost throughout the entire series and things like that... but there are a few hidden gems in the writing world that just stick out to me even years after the show has ended. This is kind of something I want to do a lot in with my writing, so this is something that's important to me. These may not be the exact lines and they aren't the Will And Grace  This is what inspired this post. There's an episode where I believe Grace is fighting with her friend Ellen and Karen is trying to stick up for Grace I believe. She insults what Ellen is wearing and: Ellen: I got this from Ann Taylor Loft! Karen: And when you walked down the street I bet they all Loft! (meaning laughed.) I just thought that was so funny. And now of corse whenever I see a Loft or an Ann Taylor Loft I say "and when you walk down the street, they'll all lof" lol. I was with a group of my friends a few weeks ago and one of my friends...
