July 2017 It List

1) Despicable Me 3- I loved this movie! I love all Despicable Me and Minion Movies... I think this was the funniest and also kind of the cutest... and I loved the villain. I really liked the villain of this movie too... it was really funny!

2) Justin Scarred- Justin Scarred did a whole series on youtube traveling all of Route 66- from California to Chicago and then back again! It's a really great series, he's such a fun youtuber and there's a lot of history to be learned from the road. It's really cool.

3) Starbucks Chai Latte- I've switched from the White Mocha to the Chai Latte... not really sure why... I just started going to Starbucks 2 times and then I got bored of the White Mocha... so I ordered the Chai at night... and then I wanted it during the day too... so yeah. This is probably what I'll get till the fall... and then I'll probably do the Pumpkin spice... or I'll get a pump of Pumpkin in the chai latte. It's a really nice drink... I just like it a lot.

4) Starbucks Peanut Butter Cookies- I have an unhealthy addiction to these... and I've sort of stopped... idk why- I just LOVEEE peanut butter lately and these are kind of my favorite peanut butter treat. They're nice and warm and gooey and peanut buttery and chocolatey and... I just love them! Try them out... they're incredible!

5) American Housewife- I've talked about this show a lot before... didn't watch it during the year- started watching it in the summer... and I've really been loving it! It's so funny and she's just so sassy an cool! I'm so looking forward to this coming back in the fall... I'm excited!

6) Will and Grace- I've been watching this in reruns also... I just really love this show. It's so funny... it has aged really well and I just really like it a lot!

7) Friends- I've talked about Friends so much this month... but this is one of my favorite things to watch every day before bed. It's just fun... I've seen the episodes millions of times... but it's so great!

8) Old Navy Jumpsuits- I've been living in these lately... they're just so comfy, so chic and summery and pretty... I really like them... jumpsuits are my new thing!

9) Alex and Ani Jewelry- I went to the Alex and Ani Store this month... and that is exciting. Alex and Ani is my favorite Jewelry... it's pretty much the only jewelry I'll buy... and I just really like it a lot. I got the Path of Life Necklace and the Crystal Spike Earrings recently... I love these! So good!

10) Mom- Another show I hardly catch during the year, but I love watching it in the summer! This is just really funny and there's always something kind of more sad going on too... but it's still really good. I love Anna Faris- she's great in this... and I hope it's on in syndication soon.

Byeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
