Favorite Re-Runs to Watch!

I thought this would be a fun thing to post… my favorite things to watch as re-runs.

Friends- I’ve watched friends… pretty much as long as I can remember. I didn’t watch it every week until like season 8 or 9… but I still watch it pretty much every day… every few years. Usually what happens is sometime along when I watch it a lot… I’ll watch the different re-runs on different channels… and I’ll watch the DVDs and such and I’ll keep catching the same episodes that aren’t my favorites. When this has happened in the past- it’s been The One Where Joey Moves out and that whole story arch and then The One With The Jealousy… those aren’t really my favorites. More recently I’ve seen the Vegas episodes on quite often… but I like those episodes more and on Nick at Nite they show a lot… so I just saw The One That Could Have been already… and I’m okay with that… so yeah. Love watching this as a repeat… and I will watch it pretty much all the time.

2)Will and Grace- The only way to watch this show is pretty much to watch the re-runs. The dvds are not easy to find… I’m hoping they will release them on Blu-ray along with the new series… but I just really love this show. They have a lot of specific-to- the- time pop culture references… so a lot of it doesn’t age that well… but still. It’s a great show and it’s kind of like “ohh yeah, that happened.” Which is pretty cool. I just really like the show- it always makes me laugh and I’d recommend checking out the re-runs if you haven’t!

3) American Housewife- I think I’ve mentioned this before… if not I have some blogs coming soon where I talk about this show a lot… so I don’t want to go into it a whole lot… but I didn’t love it when it first came on… I watch it now on re-runs and I love it! So funny!

4) Modern Family- Modern Family’s recent episodes have been sooo soo funny that I can watch them over and over and over again. I don’t really watch them in syndication- just the re-runs they show on ABC… but they’re so funny and definitely episodes I don’t get tired of… and the writing is so clever I always catch something new… it’s just so funny.

5) Parks and Recreation- One of my favorite shows of all time… definitely one of the favorites to see in re-runs. It’s just always funny… and it’s on quite a lot… so it’s pretty easy to see!

6) 30 Rock- I haven’t seen this as re-runs as much as they used to show it… but I really love this show and it’s one of those that you’ll notice something different every time and it’s just really funny.

7) The Office- The Office is one of the best to watch with other people because I don’t think many people have seen every episode of the office or really know how funny it is… but everyone seems to enjoy it when I have it on. Especially the episodes with Steve Carell… he’s just really funny!

8) The Middle- I’m watching The Middle right now and it’s just been on for so long that I don’t remember most of the episodes and I know I haven’t seen all of the earlier ones… so that’s kind of fun to see.

9) Life in Pieces- This is another favorite that I didn’t really like at first… but now I can watch it over and over and over again. It’s just such a funny show that I don’t get tired of it… and again there are so many jokes that you don’t catch the first time around that are even funnier the second or third time… I just really like it.
10) Fresh off The Boat- I love this show… but for some reason I always forget to watch it when it’s on TV! I think there’s something else I like on Tuesdays… I think that’s still happening this year so I don’t know if I’ll end up watching it this year either… but I love the show and I love seeing re-peats and I’ll try to keep up on the season!

Anyway those are my top 10 reruns and I just thought it’d be fun to share!

Byeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...
