So I started meditating kind of by accident. Did I tell the weird story about meditation the other day? That will be another post if I didn't.... cause last Wednesday was a weird day aside from the obvious reasons.
Anyway, for whatever reason I was looking up Spa Sounds and I found a youtube page called "The Honest Guys" and they had a pretty video going through clouds and that was good... but it was 3 hours and I don't think that's my thing. Then I found this video and decided to use it... so I did, and I came up with a cute little story kind of... it isn't finished, but there were characters and there was something to go by with the story. Its a start. I wrote it down in my notebook after and I got a little bit further in writing it. Its a good way to start doing something, so if you're looking to start writing something... even if you don't know what to write about... I'd recommend a guided meditation.
There was something else like this I did at a friends sleepover a million years ago, that was about finding your past life and I was in the Irish Potato famine and I lost my foot and I had a son... and it was weird. Kinda cool. It's just fun the places where your mind will take you.
I think that is everything... I'm not that tired yet... I'm watching James Corden.
Bye!
