Conspiracy theories, Don't believe what you see, and routines

So tonight I'm writing this on my phone because the internet isn't working for some reason. It doesn't appear to be the wifi, and it isn't my computer... it's just the internet... which is weird.

On an unrelated note because big brother is watching: conspiracy theories!

I don't really want to talk too much into conspiracy theories other than I'm starting to buy why people  believe them now. We can't live in fear of everything we do... but a lot of things are too much of a coincidence for me to really buy.  I'm going to give the example of Ryan Lochte getting rushed on stage and attacked on Dancing With The Stars... do you really think their security is that bad that that could actually happen... or is it more likely that reality shows need drama and this seemed likely enough for audiences to believe... just saying!

And after watching American Horror Story tonight... which I've been totally wrong about several things lately and it's pretty awesome... you really can't trust what you see on tv even nowadays. Everything can get so messed up in editing that you don't always even know what you're watching.

So I guess I'll take this no-internet opportunity to watch either Jane The Virgin or Crazy Ex Girlfriend  since I can't watch Super Carlin Brothers or Stranger Things... which I still have 2 episodes left of and it's killing me that I can't finish them right now! Not gonna lie though... I feel like Stranger Things was my routine last week and this week it's been Super Carlin Brothers!

Anyway!

Bye!!!

Scribbles about TV: Jane The Virgin Review!

This I think is a surprise hit, so of corse I needed to watch it for myself to see! It's been getting a lot of critical buzz because it has been reviewed as "one of the best pilots of the season" and I also have been hearing a few critics saying that they don't think it will last because the word "virgin" is in the title... which is stupid. There is nothing wrong with being a virgin and if a show is good, its good and people should watch it... plus this did bring pretty high ratings for The CW so the critics that said that can suck it! Lol. Overall I really liked this show. One thing thats been bothering me a lot about the new Fall shows is that the characters aren't interesting enough. Especially the female characters. I thought that this showed a lot of really strong female characters that were interesting. This had a pretty big cast with A LOT of stuff going on for a pilot and most of the characters were female. That is a powerful thing to see on TV...

Scribbles About TV: Jane The Virgin Finale Review (SPOILERS)

So.... Can we talk about all the twists because there were a lot! I didn't even see all of them coming! Alrighty we start out in typical Jane The Virgin Mode with Jane's choice between Raphael and Michael... I'd be okay with either but I think I'm team Michael. Jane has a weird moment with Raphael and thinks she's better off without him and just having him be the father of her child. She's also starting to have some feelings for Michael again. Then she almost has the baby on the bus and some woman helps her and gets the bus driver to take her to the hospital. Rogellio and Xo are in Vegas and they get drunk and can't remember what happens, but they make it just in time to see Jane deliver a baby boy. I knew it would be a boy! Lets pause on that a little and go to Michael and his ex partner/friend with benefits who comes back says she has a lead on Sin Rostro, gives him an address where the plastic surgeon is and by the time Michael gets there, he's de...

Some Pretty Funny Mini Stories That Happened Recently

Okay... so I feel like I have a few stories to tell... a lot of random funny things have happened this past week or so and I just feel like telling them... so yeah. Hope these are interesting. The Penny Pincher  This actually happened a while ago. And some backstory: My mom and I babysit my niece on weekdays and my niece is a toddler- who is pretty easygoing- and I don't really mind watching her on my own...but somedays it gets a little long and it's nice to have 2 people there. Anyway she had to go to the grocery store to get a tomato sauce... and we like a particular kind of tomato sauce... some woman actually took that tomato sauce out of her cart and put the generic version in her cart because "this woman knows tomato sauce and this stuff is the same." It really wasn't the same at all... the type I think had diced tomatoes and that isn't what we needed for the recipe or something like that. The tomatoes were different and it wouldn't have worked wi...
