Scribbles About Food: Cadbury Egg Cookies

So like these are very much like the crunchie cookies, but these ones taste a lot different than the Candy Source Material.

Don't get me wrong, these are delicious. The Chocolate on the outside is good, the cookie on the inside is good, and it is pretty wonderful to have a bit of the Cadbury Cream inside of a delicious cookie... but the problem is its just a bit. With the Cadbury chocolate eggs, you get a lot of cream within the egg itself... not so with this one!

It isn't bad, I kind of like that its just like a kiss of Cadbury Cream in the middle... but I want more. Which sounds inappropriate but I just expect my Candy Cream Filling to be a little more present and not just give a slight hint of a taste.

So are these good... they aren't bad. But do I think they aren't as good as the Crunchie Cookies, they aren't as good as a regular Cadbury Cream Egg... and they just would not be my first Easter Candy Snack of choice... so I'd say no. These aren't bester than Cool Ranch Doritos.

Can't believe it's the last day of May... this was a great time for TV... so let's get right into it! 1) Master of None- The second season of this show was really really great! I liked the first season... but this season was just wayyy better to me for some reason... I loved that they had episodes about Italy and about New York... Blogmas Day 12: The 12 Days of Christmas Gift Guide

So I thought it would be fun to do a gift guide that every gift corresponds with the price. So like for the first day of Christmas $1 gift that would be good and then up from there. These would be good stocking stutterers and things I just think are unique. $1- Solar Powered Dancers!  My mom loves getting the little dancing solar powered people. We get most of ours from Dollar tree... other dollar stores have them too, they're super cute and fun for $1. Its good to put near any plants that you have that way you know they're getting sunlight. It's a good gift. $2- Mini Coloring Book!  At 5 Below they had some mini travel sized coloring books for $2. I thought these were pretty cool. I got the Botanical one I believe. Really cute and fun! I would recommend! $3-   Ceramic Truck w/ Christmas Tree  I saw this at the Target Dollar Spot and I thought it was cute and would probably make a great gift. Scribbles About Food: Gloria Jeans Pistachio Chiller (kinda like a frap)

So since I'm doing all of the Frappuccino reviews, I thought I would give a shout out to a different coffee chain that I like... maybe even more than Starbucks! But I hardly ever go to it because A) People get your orders wrong there a lot B) I don't really live near one! So Gloria Jeans has some amazing drinks called Chillers that are like Frappuccinos, but they have always had a ton of really good and really interesting flavors. One of my favorite Seasonal ones is the Pistachio Chiller. They had this around this time last year also and its a really good unique flavor. Basically it tastes like pistachio ice cream... but in a frozen coffee form. Its pretty cool! And Pistachio is a pretty underrated flavor in my opinion. I don't get it enough, but I always love Pistachio and Almond flavored desserts and this in particular is really flavorful and just a really good chiller. I don't think there is anything at starbucks that compares to it really, its really different...
