Scribbles About Food: Citrus Green Tea Latte

So tonight I finally tried the new Citrus Green Tea Latte from Starbucks and I thought I'd do a little review on it.

I like Green Tea... but idk if this is something I'm going to order often because green tea tends to make me go to the bathroom... but today I felt like I needed it... so I got it. Lol. TMI? Yep... but thats me.

I like it. Its very refreshing, it'll be a good as a frappuccino because the citrus of it is just so refreshing. Its almost lime tasting... so it might be good frozen and with tequila... lol. Just kidding it might have too much caffeine for that. Idk if it has caffeine in it or anything... but that might not be good to mix with alcohol... if you do thats fine... but I don't want to condone that on my blog. Lol. PSA Over.

Idk how to describe it other than refreshing. It is pretty refreshing and relaxing. Idk if its supposed to make you feel more calm, but I know Tea people like tea because its calming... idk about that... but to me it feels calming and I like it. Green tea is supposed to have other benefits too I think. I don't know too much about it.

Compared to the Chai Latte... Idk. I feel like this is more flavorful... so its a little better... but I do love the chai latte. So yeah.

Idk if I'd call it better than Cool Ranch Doritos just because this is the grossest thing I can think of to compare to Cool Ranch Doritos. Just not a great combo because this is so sweet and citrusy... although I guess it could go well... like tacos and Margaritas. Lol. So... they'd be good together.

Yeah. I'd recommend f you like citrus or green teas... and even if you aren't crazy about either of those things cause I don't... I think if you like tea you might like it. It tastes pretty good!

Byeeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
