Victoria Secret T Shirts- My sister got me a few Victoria Secret t shirts with quotes from Elf on them... and i love them. I forgot how much I like Victoria Secret T Shirts, I feel like these fit really nicely and even though its just a plain t shirt, its still really flattering and I just like it a lot.
Stolen (Bread)- This was very unexpected. I don't really like Fruit, I always thought that these fruit things in the bread just looked weird and dry... but we got a loaf for Christmas and it was from one of my favorite bakeries, The Macaroon Shop... and it was really delicious! I love The Macaroon Shop's Irish Soda Bread... so I thought I might like this too. I put some butter on it and popped it into the microwave for 10 seconds... delicious! I love it. The fruits are really good, but theres also almonds and like pistachio types of flavors in it... really love it! If there's something you're not sure if you'll like... just try it first. I never thought I'd like this and I love it. I never thought I'd like tomato soup... and I like it (probably not like Campbells but if its made right its good.) And Penne Vodka, I thought would be too tomato-y for me... but as it turns out it is the best food that was ever invented... so yeah. Try things. You might like them.
Amope Pedi Perfect and Amope Nail Perfect- These are great for at home manicures... they really work and I just have fun using them! I got these as Christmas Gifts and I'm really happy with them. They're great for home mani and pedis... which is great! I don't love getting manicures and pedicures, so I recommend these!
Highlights
Monday and Tuesday I don't think I did too much. I think we went out to eat one of those days and it was good... but I'm not quite sure.
Wednesday I went to Old Navy and pretty much Bought the store... everything was on a really amazing sale and I had a gift card... and I went a little crazy with it. I love Old Navy... the "Priciest" item I got was $23... so that was awesome. I really liked everything I got too... kind of want to go back if they still have Christmas sales!
Thursday was Christmas Eve. I went to my Nana's House and ate Pastetsio which is an awesome greek Macaroni and cheese... its the best. I love it!
And Friday was Christmas! I got presents and I'm super happy with all of them I'm really thankful and grateful for everything I got.
Saturday was Harry Potter Weekend and I went to dinner somewhere good that has perogies that I really like... which is a weird thing for me to like... but I love them lol.
And Sunday I went shopping with my friends!
TV Highlights
I watched a lot of Christmas movies and TV Shows... it was a bit crazy. Lol. Its also Harry Potter weekend...for whatever reason they're played Harry Potter on Christmas... but I guess. Idk I was a little Christmased out at that point... so it made sense to me... but they show Christmas movies all day and all night and then they show Harry Potter on Christmas.
News
Star wars came out and it started shattering records already. Its the highest ticket sales before a ticket release date. There are also a few secret cameos you don't realize and I think there will be more popping up so that people want to see it again and again... so that's cool.
Miss Universe was crowned this week... and it was super awkward. Steve Harvey hosted and he crowned Miss Columbia, which is what it said on the card... and then it was reported ohhh no wait, its actually Miss Philippines... Awkward... I think everyone just died a little because of that. Lol. Everyone feels bad for Miss Columbia. And to make matters even worse, Harvey posted an apology on twitter... and he spelled the names of both countries wrong. So... that wasn't great either. Lol. He probably doesn't write his own tweets, keep that in mind too... but yeah. He deleted the tweet. It isn't really his fault I don't think... it did say that on the card, he showed everyone... but its awkward.
Thats about it I think... Lol. I guess I didn't have to post any news if there are only a couple of things... but I needed to mention Steve Harvey cause... yeah.
I feel like there were probably a lot of news shows showing the years news highlights and then the Steve Harvey thing happened and everyone was like "WHAT????"
