It List: December 2015

Here is my final It List of the Year!!!! Not really. I will have a 2015 It List and a Christmas It List... maybe those are already up... idk. But yeah. Here is the yearly one! Alright!

1) Green Mountain Gingerbread K Cups- These are awesome! They taste so good... I've said it before and I'll say it again... kind of like it better than the Gingerbread Latte from Starbucks. It is delicious! I love it it tastes amazing and its just good overall.

2) Philosophy Almond and Cream Shower Gel- This shower gel smells so good! I love anything almond scented, it is probably my favorite smell. This I got on sale at TJ Maxx... its a great holiday gift for a hostess or something. These even have actual recipes on them and they're just very useful and yummy smelling and good!

3) Fitbit Challenges- So right now I'm in a fitbit challenge with my friends and my sister and its really fun. just 2 of my friends, some of her friends and my sister is also in there. I was beating my sister all day and now she's in the lead... that's not cool. I need to walk a few thousand more steps to catch up now... lol.

3) Too Faced Book of Bronzers- So this has been really fun to play with and its just a good value. You get a small size of every Too Faced Bronzer... I'm not a big bronzer, but there aren't many that work that well for me. These all work pretty well for me and they're easy to use. There are some mattes for contouring, some shimmery ones for strobing. Its a nice compact case... it was half on on Too Faced's Website... so you can't go wrong.

4) The Goldbergs- I don't think I've ever mentioned The Goldbergs on here... but its about time I do! I think their Haunukah episode was the best one so far... and they're always funny and make me laugh. The mom is just so funny. The voice over is Patton Oswalt and... its just good overall. I love it! I think its definitely an underrated show, its really funny. If you were alive in the 80s I think you will especially like it. I was not alive in the 80s, but all the references are great and the stories are still relatable. Really good show.

5) Old Navy- Old Navy is always my favorite when there are sales. Lol. I got 3 or 4 tops today for under $30 plus I got a coupon. Such a great place to shop during the holidays. I love the clothes there and the sales certainly help my enjoyment of them a lot also. Just a nice store, you can get everything very affordably at Old Navy... and its cute and well made... so its especially good!

6) Alex and Ani Necklaces and Rings- So I have quite a few of the Alex and Ani bangles... but on Black Friday they had 15% off and I had a gift card... so I splurged a little bit. I got the Crystal Infusion necklace. I don't have any charms for it yet... but I love the way it looks plain and I'm excited to get some charms for it.

And the rings are so fun too! I have the compass pendant and its really pretty and I like it a lot! I kind of want to go on another shopping trip soon to there... not gonna lie. I like the spoon rings also! These just look nice and they are fun to layer. I wear it with my College ring and I love it.

7) ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas- I've kind of been loving just watching the old claymation holiday specials when they're on ABC Family. Not gonna lie, its nice to just have one place where everything is all together and something christmas-y and usually something good is always on. With all the scary things happening in the world today... its nice to just be able to watch some Christmas specials.

8) Chocolate- I was going to write specifically Chocolate covered cherry kisses... but lets be real... my real favorite right now is just CHOCOLATE. I haven't been able to get enough of it the past few days... which is bad... but I love it... so I'm okay with accepting the fact that its an unhealthy addiction that I can stop... if I feel like it someday maybe.

I think that is it for now... just a quick little favorites... I covered a lot of favorites yesterday in the Christmas 2015 it list so... yeah. Just wanted to kind of mention these.

Byeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
