This years Oscar Race For SURE!

I think we all know October is just a month before a month till the OSCAR SEASON BUZZ starts... and I think we have some great choices for some movies already. Let's revisit some of the great movies this year so that I can give you my pics of who will for sure win.

Lets start it off with best supporting actress because we all know who gets this one. Kate Upton for The Other Woman obviously! I mean her lines and delivery were just... nailing it. She probably tried her hardest at acting more than anyone else in the entire profession.

Now for best actor... I think this is going to be another tough call, but I have to say probably Aaron Paul for Need For Speed. How cool was that movie? And Aaron Paul's transformation from Jesse Pinkman to not Jesse Pinkman was just really good. I think he's totally going to get it guys!

Best supporting actor will likely be one of the Muppets for the movie Muppets Most Wanted because they did such a great job with that. And I know there is some competition, Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill for 21 Jump Street... Ice Cube for 21 Jump Street... but I have to say the Muppets may just bring home the Gold for this one. Actually I'm sure they will.

And for best actress... who will win? Angelina Jolie for Maleficent. I mean she was a villain and then its like "well no she's not a villain" and then she ended up saving Aurora and the way she called her Beastie... it was a cute story.

Best director is a pretty obvious one... Tyler Perry for Tyler Perry's Single Mom's Club. This movie was just really good. I was not expecting much but it was GOOD! It was really quite good and I liked it, so I'm sure Perry will take home the gold for Director. Also probably the best picture of the year.

So I hope you guys liked my silliness. These movies I thought were all fun and the critics probably won't nominate them for awards... but I thought "hey, lets give some Oscar Buzz for these guys!" And here it is!

Byeee!

P.S I have reviewed all of these movies... if you would like to read them. How fun would if "bad" movies were nominated? Lol.

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
