Scribbles about Food: Hershey's Chocolate World Haul &Taste Test

So I've already said I just went to Hershey Park and I bought some chocolate and stuff that I've never seen or tried before so I thought I would share my thoughts and tastes of everything.

First off I got a Whatchamacallit Bar. I've seen these bars before, but I've never actually tried it. I figured when in Hershey, eat what the Hersheyians eat lol. I really liked this bar. It was chocolatey and it had rice crispies in the middle that were peanut butter flavored. It also had caramel and it was just really good overall. Ive seen these before, but they are harder to find, so I will look for them again.

I mostly bought Candy Kisses. They had all the different flavors, they didn't have my favorite which is the Chocolate Cherry flavor, but they did have a lot of good ones that are also harder to find. I bought a bag of the Cookies and Cream kisses. I love the cookies and cream bars and I had seen these before, but these aren't something easy to find so I grabbed a bag. I really like these and I would definitely recommend these if you haven't had these kisses, I recommend.

The last thing I bought I was soooo excited about. I don't know if these are available everywhere yet, but I think they will be popping up soon and that is something to be excited about: Pumpkin Spice Kisses!!!! I hadn't seen these or heard about them before, and I'm someone that really likes candy and would have noticed these in a grocery store or target if they had them. They're really good, they've got a nice white chocolate pumpkiny flavor to them with cream in the middle. I ended up buying 4 bags cause I grabbed 3 and it was 4 for 15. I got 2 for myself (one was supposed to be for my sister, but I didn't know it was white chocolate and she doesn't like white chocolate). I really really like this flavor, I hope these come out in grocery stores soon. These are some of my favorites now.

And this I didn't get in Hershey, but my mom got these for me and I really liked it, and it fits with the theme, so I'll mention them. Hershey had Candy Corn mini bars and they are awesome. These are white chocolate also and they just taste super sweet and candy corn like. They need to make Candy Corn kisses. They're just all so good! I just like them.

So those are all the candies I bought and little reviews of them all. Yum!

BYEEEE!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
