Scribble About Television: Trueblood- May Be The Last Time

This episode was kind of upsetting to me because the future looks very grim for everyone. They know the cure for Hep V, but Sarah Newlin has run away and Eric and Bill keep getting sicker and sicker and it looks like Jessica and Addy and Wade all might die. It's all very sad.

First off... If Amber drank Sarah's blood...her blood should be cured also. Eric should have drank her blood after he killed her so that he wouldn't get the virus. I don't get that. Maybe it's not that easy...actually that's probably too easy. What would Eric and Pam do for the rest of the season if Eric was cured already.

Also Sookie could have saved Bill easily. She knows Willa would know where Eric is. Willa would tell her Eric was seeking revenge from Sarah Newlin and... If Sookie payed attention to her own life as much as I pay attention to the show, she could probably figure that Sarah was the cute and that Eric would help her find it.

So if Sookie had been thinking with her brain and her heart... That's what I would have done at least. Before I knew Sarah was the cure... I still would have tried that. But Sookie wasn't thinking with her head or her heart but with her vagina... Sooooo she went over to Bills house in. A white dress and had sex with him... And he started to look like he was about to fall apart... So it wasn't the best plan for Sookie.

Also for an old fashioned vampire... Violet has a lot of sex toys! And that would be weird if Wade and Addie had used them because... Ick! It's been used for hundreds of years on hundreds of people probably.

I thought the Sarah...or Newme part was very odd and hard to understand. But she was in a weird purgatory type of place, where she saw all the men she's slept with... I was surprised that there were only 4. Anyhoo she was choosing heaven or hell, Christianity or Buddhism, life or death, Sarah or Newme, she was facing her sins and it was a pretty awesome scene all in all. Great job from Anna Camp... Who I like anyway, but she was just amazing here I thought.

And Arlene's story was kind of adorable and sexy at the same time. The dream she had was really pretty sexy, but the way it actually ended up happening between her and her vamp was just sweet and adorable. They just danced and it was adorable.

And it was sad that Jason saw Hoyt... And I am obsessed with the dress that Hoyt's girlfriend was wearing. It is so adorable! I love it! And I don't want Jason to sleep with her. I'm all for him with Jessica, but not so much anyone else.

And they didn't even show what was happening with Lettie May and Lafayette, and they should have probably killed off Sam Merlotte last year. His story is just so... Meh. Not fun anymore. I get it's trying to show what has happened in Bon Temps, but he's only in like a minute every episode and it's super boring and all the same. It's bad.

So that's all. I meant to post this right after the episode... But I had a headache so it didn't work out that well. Lol.

Byeeee!

Scribbles about TV: Jane The Virgin Review!

This I think is a surprise hit, so of corse I needed to watch it for myself to see! It's been getting a lot of critical buzz because it has been reviewed as "one of the best pilots of the season" and I also have been hearing a few critics saying that they don't think it will last because the word "virgin" is in the title... which is stupid. There is nothing wrong with being a virgin and if a show is good, its good and people should watch it... plus this did bring pretty high ratings for The CW so the critics that said that can suck it! Lol. Overall I really liked this show. One thing thats been bothering me a lot about the new Fall shows is that the characters aren't interesting enough. Especially the female characters. I thought that this showed a lot of really strong female characters that were interesting. This had a pretty big cast with A LOT of stuff going on for a pilot and most of the characters were female. That is a powerful thing to see on TV...

Scribbles About TV: Jane The Virgin Finale Review (SPOILERS)

So.... Can we talk about all the twists because there were a lot! I didn't even see all of them coming! Alrighty we start out in typical Jane The Virgin Mode with Jane's choice between Raphael and Michael... I'd be okay with either but I think I'm team Michael. Jane has a weird moment with Raphael and thinks she's better off without him and just having him be the father of her child. She's also starting to have some feelings for Michael again. Then she almost has the baby on the bus and some woman helps her and gets the bus driver to take her to the hospital. Rogellio and Xo are in Vegas and they get drunk and can't remember what happens, but they make it just in time to see Jane deliver a baby boy. I knew it would be a boy! Lets pause on that a little and go to Michael and his ex partner/friend with benefits who comes back says she has a lead on Sin Rostro, gives him an address where the plastic surgeon is and by the time Michael gets there, he's de...

September 2015: It List

Now that I do weekly favorites, I feel like these will be less surprising... but still. Some good things. 1) Pumpkin Spice Lattes- Its the most wonderful latte of the year! Lol. All the yes. Soooo much yes. Its so creamy and pumpkiny and delicious. It was what has been missing from my life for a long time and now its back and I think they get more and more delicious every year. And I know last year people were like "pumpkin spice isn't cool anymore." Have you had any? It is delicious!!!! I'm a big fan of the PSL. 2) Arrow- I've been wanting to watch this show for a while. The guy that plays Oliver is not only hot, but he was really funny and good on a talk show I saw him on... so that made me like "ohh I need to watch this." I'm also not super into comic books or anything, but I do like Batman and DC movies at least more than anything else and I didn't really realize that there were so many tv shows in the DC universe right now. There are a f...
