August It List 2017

1) Lady Gaga- Obviously… if you’ve been paying attention to this blog at all this month… my favorite has been Lady Gaga! I just did my little Lady Gaga Extravaganza review of things… I listened to all of her cds and did Throwback Thursdays on them! I’ve just really been loving all of her music… I love the Lady Gaga Sweatshirt that I got at the concert… I just really had a lot of fun and I LOVE her music. Joanne has obviously been my favorite of the month… last night I listened to Artpop and that used to be my least favorite… but now I love it! She’s just so talented and I’m excited that she’s already working on new stuff!

2) Jack’s Mannequin- I haven’t been listening to Jack’s Mannequin as much… but I did listen to Everything in Transit a few times. My favorite song on that is Miss Delaney… that is another one of my favorite cds of all time… I just really like it. I don’t even know why- it’s just my favorite. I need to do a Throwback Thursday on this… sometime after American Horror Story and Taylor Swift… lol. It’s a good one!

3) The Drew Carey Show- I’m actually watching this right now… I don’t always watch this in reruns… but if there’s nothing else on and I have nothing else to do… I’ll turn it on! It’s a really funny show- a little bit underrated. Kate is my favorite… she’s just so sarcastic and funny. It isn’t a fantastic show… but it’s funny.

4) Will and Grace- Now onto an actual fantastic show… Will and Grace! They were showing it in order on WE… now they’re showing “the best of” each of the 4 main characters… they just showed a lot of my favorite episodes. My FAVORITE episode of all time… I think… is called Jingle Balls… they just showed that. It’s a Christmas episode- Will dates a dancer that’s VERY into dancing and Jack has to decorate the window for Barney’s and he prays to Santa because he can’t do it… and then in the end Grace decorates it and Jack thinks it’s Santa… it’s just really cute. I love that Jack believes in Santa and Grace helps her friend… I know that’s the whole plot… but the tv show has been over for a long time.

5) Bubble Mouse- This is a fun game! I just found it… I remembered my best friend when I was little played a similar game and I’ve just been liking it. It’s really fun. It’s like a matching game- you need to get 3 or more bubbles to clear them… it’s just a lot of fun and I just really like playing games sometimes.

6) Vlog Channels- I’ve been kind of into youtubers that vlog. I always watch a lot of disney vloggers, but lately I’ve been liking watching my favorite beauty channels do their vlogs. I like seeing when youtubers kind of show a little behind the scenes and how they plan their channels and everything. It’s fun to see.

7) Caramel Macchiatos- Most of August I got an Iced Chai Latte in the morning… but the few times I went to Starbucks at night- I’ve been getting Caramel Macchiatos. They’re just really good… they kind of keep me up too late…. but I still really like them and idk! I think it’s yummy and fun to have something a little different than my regular order.

8) Keebler Hummus and Crackers- So Keebler just put out these little snack boxes with some pita chips or some cracker squares and they have a little bit of hummus… it’s a really good snack. Sometimes even kind of a lunch- if you don’t want to fill yourself up too much. I like it!

9) Polly-O String Cheese- My mom found a big pack of Polly O String Cheese at Costco for 7.99… and now I’m hooked! It’s just fun to pull apart and eat. I really like it!

So that is everything! Hope you guys liked this!

Byeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
