Weekly Favorites! 9.13.17

So... this is kind of random... but I didn't post anything yet and I don't do favorites in the Weekly Wrap Up anymore... so here we go! I'll probably talk about these again in an It List

1) American Horror Story: Cult- This season of AHS is really scary and very interesting. This weeks episode had a little bit of comic relief... in the first episode I feel like maybe there was some comic relief... but it was still pretty scary and serious. It's a good season so far though- I just really like it!

2) Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte- We know this is a favorite... it will be until the holiday flavors come out... lol. I just love the flavor of it... for fall it is delicious. I might switch it up in a little bit and get something like the Apple Spice or the Salted Caramel Mocha... but Pumpkin Spice is always nice!

3) Starbucks Pumpkin Scones- I did a review on this yesterday... it's just really yummy. Definitely put some butter on it and put it in the microwave... or get it heated up at Starbucks that way... it is life changing.

4) Starbucks Bacon Gouda Breakfast Sandwich- This was never really my favorite breakfast sandwich- but there was some sort of deal on it today where we got bonus points or it was a lower price or something... either way my mom got it and I ended up having it for lunch and heating it up a little more than they do there... that made it especially good. It was just especiallly yummy today... idk.

5) Lularoe Leggings- These are super comfy and it's just fun to buy and fun to look at. I have one pair... I ordered 4 more that I don't have right now... but I can't wait! I'm so excited! And I just like these a lot!

Byeee!

Scribbles about TV: Jane The Virgin Review!

This I think is a surprise hit, so of corse I needed to watch it for myself to see! It's been getting a lot of critical buzz because it has been reviewed as "one of the best pilots of the season" and I also have been hearing a few critics saying that they don't think it will last because the word "virgin" is in the title... which is stupid. There is nothing wrong with being a virgin and if a show is good, its good and people should watch it... plus this did bring pretty high ratings for The CW so the critics that said that can suck it! Lol. Overall I really liked this show. One thing thats been bothering me a lot about the new Fall shows is that the characters aren't interesting enough. Especially the female characters. I thought that this showed a lot of really strong female characters that were interesting. This had a pretty big cast with A LOT of stuff going on for a pilot and most of the characters were female. That is a powerful thing to see on TV...

Scribbles About TV: Jane The Virgin Finale Review (SPOILERS)

So.... Can we talk about all the twists because there were a lot! I didn't even see all of them coming! Alrighty we start out in typical Jane The Virgin Mode with Jane's choice between Raphael and Michael... I'd be okay with either but I think I'm team Michael. Jane has a weird moment with Raphael and thinks she's better off without him and just having him be the father of her child. She's also starting to have some feelings for Michael again. Then she almost has the baby on the bus and some woman helps her and gets the bus driver to take her to the hospital. Rogellio and Xo are in Vegas and they get drunk and can't remember what happens, but they make it just in time to see Jane deliver a baby boy. I knew it would be a boy! Lets pause on that a little and go to Michael and his ex partner/friend with benefits who comes back says she has a lead on Sin Rostro, gives him an address where the plastic surgeon is and by the time Michael gets there, he's de...

Some Pretty Funny Mini Stories That Happened Recently

Okay... so I feel like I have a few stories to tell... a lot of random funny things have happened this past week or so and I just feel like telling them... so yeah. Hope these are interesting. The Penny Pincher  This actually happened a while ago. And some backstory: My mom and I babysit my niece on weekdays and my niece is a toddler- who is pretty easygoing- and I don't really mind watching her on my own...but somedays it gets a little long and it's nice to have 2 people there. Anyway she had to go to the grocery store to get a tomato sauce... and we like a particular kind of tomato sauce... some woman actually took that tomato sauce out of her cart and put the generic version in her cart because "this woman knows tomato sauce and this stuff is the same." It really wasn't the same at all... the type I think had diced tomatoes and that isn't what we needed for the recipe or something like that. The tomatoes were different and it wouldn't have worked wi...
