Man Crush Monday: The Men of Pawnee Indiana

So let me just say... if Pawnee Indiana existed outside of the show Parks and Recreation, I would move there right away because they have some nice men... sure all of them are married... but still. A girl can dream. Also I believe Jean Ralphio is still single... so yeah. Future Mrs. Saperstein right here. Lol.

First off... gotta mention Ron Swanson. He is the manliest man of all. That is kind of my type I guess, idk lol. I like that he has interests like Woodworking and he likes sports and bacon and doesn't like losing, but he's good with kids and he even has a sensitive side (or rather Duke Silver has a sensitive side I suppose). The only thing wrong with dating Ron Swanson is his two rather crazy ex wives, each named Tammy. Actually I might be his type too... I'm brunette and like bacon. I'm not a fan of steak though, but whatever. He can eat more than.

And then on the opposite end of the spectrum: Tom Haverford. He would be awesome to date because he's not a huge man's man. He'll do things like get manicures or pedicures with you... plus you can have a treat yo' self day with him. Plus he's the owner of Tommy's Bistro and some of the hottest restaurants in Pawnee, so you always have a place to go. And he buys you dresses to match what he's wearing to fancy things, so you can be like Brittany and Justin... and he has a kickass apartment, if you want to stay in and watch Hitch 2: Son of a Hitch. Lol. Its awesome.

Andy Dwyer... also kind of my type, although he's a little too dumb for me. I like a dumb guy if he's equally sweet, so Andy Dwyer would be my type... but those don't exist in real life either. He's so cool he'll give you piggy back rides, you can go to bars and role play with him... its all very hot. Plus he loves dogs and haunted houses... that is really the full package.

Last but not least, Ben Wyatt. His face is just the cutest face that exists and I could look at it all day probably. It is adorable. And Leslie's right, he's got a pretty good behind too. Ben is smart, but he still gets drunk and has fun a lot. He's responsible, but he still has his own freak-out moments. Most importantly, he loves all things 90's. I don't think I'm his type because I cannot rollerskate at all... but he's definitely awesome.

Plus there are other guys in the city that are great too. Crazy Ira and The Douche! The Douche is really funny and actually a really smart guy. Pistol Pete, Jeremy Jam, Jean Ralphio, Chris Trager, Perd Haply, Dennis Feinstein. All really funny and some great, some not so great.

And then there's Terry...

Byee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
