Scribbles About TV: List of renewed shows NBC

So this is the third one of these articles I'm writing... and they were posted out of order accidentally... so this is a bonus post... anyway into the shows!

America's Got Talent- No we don't! Jk... I just don't like this show!

Better Late Than Never- No idea what this show is... let's see. I think it's a reality show... It stars Henry Winkler, Terry Bradshaw, William Shatner and George Foreman and they go to asia for a month...so it's like An Idiot Abroad but with 4 idiots... lol jk 4 iconic male stars! It looks like it has a pretty high rating on IMDB... so that's good. It sounds pretty funny!

The Blacklist- Despite the spinoff getting canned... this is still doing well. Again- must be expensive to make... but it does well and people love it.

Blindspot- Not quite sure how this is still on... I did a review of the pilot somewhere here and again, I lost interest as I do with so many shows I say I'll watch again... so yeah.

Chicago Fire, Med, PD- My mom likes Chicago PD the best and she likes Chicago Fire too... she's not crazy about Chicago Med... but she's not big on medical shows. Guess it's too early to tell with Chicago Justice because that wasn't on either list!

Days of Our Lives- I mentioned on CBS's post that CBS was the only one to include daytime shows... apparently I was wrong.

The Good Place- I love this show. The ending was really good and funny... and I'm happy to see it next year.

Great News- I'm really excited about this one because I really like it and I'm glad that it's doing well and that there will be more. In my review I think I said I didn't think it would catch on... I was wrong! Of corse fans of 30 Rock and Kimmy Schmidt will like it!

Law and Order: SVU- It's a little sad this is the last Law and Order left... but there are also repeats all the time and I can't watch the show because my sister watches it far too often!

The Night Shift- I think I've seen parts of this... again my mom likes it I think.

Taken-My mom likes this too.

Superstore- I'm trying to like this...  but it isn't working lol. I watch it... but it's not my favorite.

This is Us- This is one of my favorite shows right now. I'm excited to see it come back!

Timeless- I'm happy this is the only Time Travel show that made it... but I've heard it isn't great.

The Voice- Not a fan of Reality Shows.

And that was the NBC Renewed shows list... I'll have another blog later and then next week I'll probably combine Fox and The CW... because I don't have a lot of opinions on either. We'll see what happens lol. I am of corse hoping for a Trial and Error renewal.

Byeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...
