Weekly Wrap Up! 11/8/15

Here we go! Weekly wrap up for the first week of November!

Favorites

Gingerbread Latte- Gingerbread Latte's are back and... I have decided yes I like them more than Pumpkin Spice. It has been decided. This is a great holiday drink... its a little early... but its still yummy.

Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask- My chin has been getting dry, so I've been using this and I really like it a lot. My chin still looks a little bit dry and a little cakey... but it doesn't hurt or look cakey under foundation or anything. It helps with my whole face, but I especially like it for my chin because that's the driest part... so I'm a fan. I like it.

Isn't She Lovely T Shirt- This is kind of random, but remember how I said I liked Stevie Wonder a few days ago?My parents saw him recently and they got me a t shirt that says Isn't She Lovely on it and I really like it. Its red and comfy and its been warmer here this week, so just t shirts have been good for the weather. The sizes were a little weird because its kind of a kids shirt I guess, so I'm an XL or a XXL I forget which one... these are tiny though... but I like the fit of it and its comfy and it looks cool. It has braille on it also because Stevie Wonder is blind... so that's cool. I'll try to insert a pic, but I wasn't feeling good when I took the pic... lol.

Highlights
Sunday I recovered a little bit from Halloween... lol. I didn't do much. I went out to lunch with my parents and watched Hocus Pocus.

Wednesday I went to TJ Maxx, Target and my favorite Burger Place which is next to an Ulta... so I went there too!

Thursday I had a Gingerbread Latte for the first time of the season, so that was good. I like the simple design of the red cups this year. I know people are thinking its bad, but its simple and actually very trendy with the ombre. I like it.

Friday I went out and ate pizza. I had a bad ear ache most of this week and I couldn't hear from one of my ears at all on Friday... so that wasn't fun.

And tonight I'm getting allergies... but I can hear again... but I can't breathe... so yeah. I went to the outlets, didn't buy anything because no one at the stores I went to were really that helpful and they didn't inform me of the sales or promotions or anything... but they did inform other people... So I walked out like "meh. I'll save money for helpful people." Does anyone else hate when stores do that?

And I'm going out to dinner later (writing this on Saturday) So that should be good.

What I watched
I watched Scream Queens. I'm re-watching old episodes and taking notes, which I will post before the finale. I think I may do 3 different parts and post them closer to the finale... that makes sense to me.

I watched Quantico. I wasn't super in the mood to pay attention to tv when I did watch it... but I watched it anyway and it was good! I liked it a lot.

Supergirl... I only sort of half watched it, I think I'll have to watch that and Quantico again. I'm not the best at paying attention to things this week cause same thing happened with Jane The Virgin... but I think I paid a little more attention to that.

Scream Queens was AWESOME! This episode was my favorite. I'm watching other episodes for a blog post that I'll post close to the finale.

American Horror Story was good this week too! At first when I was watching that scene where they're in the school I was like dying. I did not like the episode at all... but the rest of the episode was kind of a funny episode almost. Darren Criss was on and he played such an asshole and so was his girlfriend. We learned the backstory of Liz Taylor which was also pretty awesome. And a little more about The Countess.

I watched the monologue of the CMAs. Carrie and Brad are good hosts, I don't care about Country Music or listen to it or anything, but she looked so pretty and they were good hosts. It was a little awkward and I thought the Ashley Madison stuff was weird... but I watched it and I don't know anything about Country Music!

TGIT was good... really loved this week's How To Get Away With Murder. TVLine does a performer of the week... I think Bonnie Winterbottom is my performer of the week. She was fantastic in this episode and it seems like they're hinting at quite a big backstory with her... but of corse we don't get it right away.

I watched The Muppets, Crazy Ex Girlfriend... both good. I'm starting to think The Muppets might be finding its ground a little more... its not my favorite new show... but still. There's some show runner issues with it right now... so that's a thing. I watched the end of Fresh Off The Boat too. I like that show a lot!

Ohhh and I watched Casper... which I would do a post about, but I didn't pay that much attention to it... I think I will watch Casper's Haunted Christmas and post about that, cause that one was my favorite.

Byeee! Hope everyone is having a good week!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...
