How To-sday: How I organize my blog posts

So right now, I'm trying to blog everyday and I've been pretty successful... but I like sort of having an organization method so that I can keep up with it, and it kind of works.

What I use mostly is the Penultimate app on my ipad. Basically this is a notebook on the ipad that you can write on with your hands. It isn't for everyone, I used to use it for Math Notes and for other note taking sometimes. A lot of times I like to hand-write things down for classes, especially if there are charts and pictures and stuff... but it isn't really for everyone.

It is kind of ideal for blogging though because I can easily write down any ideas I have, change things if I have to move around posts or something like that and check things off after I write them and post them and stuff like that.

I have a few different notebooks in this app for my blog. One is where I keep all of my ideas for blogs and any notes that I might need for future blogs. For example on my beauty blog I have been posting collections of different make up I have from different brands. I just list stuff down here and then I'll expand more on it when I write about it in the blog. Its just kind of helpful.

I also write down all of my upcoming blog posts, and check them off as I do the things. If I write something but I haven't posted it yet, I'll put a little check mark next to it. And once I post it, I'll either cross it off or erase it.

I also keep track of how many chapters in books I have left to read and how many chapters I should read a day if I want to finish on a certain date... don't know what it is about this, but I always like doing it anyway... and its helpful if I want to write a blog about something. So that is fortunate I suppose. Lol. And it doesn't always mean I follow it, I miss some days and don't read anything and some days I read more. So it is a little helpful... but it gets skewed I suppose. It helps me know what I have I guess. Lol.

For the upcoming blogs, I keep both this blog and my beauty blog in the same notebook because its just easy to have them in the same place.

Something I've started doing recently that I think has been pretty helpful is going back on my blogs every few weeks and keeping a list of everything I've posted in another notebook. This is useful now that I link to my blog posts more often, and so that I know who I've already done Man Crush Monday's and Woman Crush Wednesday's on. It also helps me take a moment to look back at old posts and see what posts I like and what posts I didn't like, and what I should be doing more of and stuff like that. I also keep all of my It lists, that way I know what I've said. So I won't repeat anything, and so I know for my end of the year It List. I figured it would be useful.

I have a seperate notebook for all of my Scribbles About Beauty posts, and I do have weekly and monthly favorites... but I sort of know throughout the year what I've liked the best on that front... so that works.

I also have a separate notebook for Scribbles about News and Scribbles about TV, but I haven't actually been using that this week. I may continue because I like having quotes for the week in Scribbles about news and quotes from the best tv shows of the week... so that may be something I start using again and I'm glad I have it.

And I guess that is about it. This might have been the most boring and basic thing I've ever posted... but I figure why not give the behind the scenes details of daily blogging? Lol.

Byeee!

Scribbles about TV: Jane The Virgin Review!

This I think is a surprise hit, so of corse I needed to watch it for myself to see! It's been getting a lot of critical buzz because it has been reviewed as "one of the best pilots of the season" and I also have been hearing a few critics saying that they don't think it will last because the word "virgin" is in the title... which is stupid. There is nothing wrong with being a virgin and if a show is good, its good and people should watch it... plus this did bring pretty high ratings for The CW so the critics that said that can suck it! Lol. Overall I really liked this show. One thing thats been bothering me a lot about the new Fall shows is that the characters aren't interesting enough. Especially the female characters. I thought that this showed a lot of really strong female characters that were interesting. This had a pretty big cast with A LOT of stuff going on for a pilot and most of the characters were female. That is a powerful thing to see on TV...

Scribbles About TV: Jane The Virgin Finale Review (SPOILERS)

So.... Can we talk about all the twists because there were a lot! I didn't even see all of them coming! Alrighty we start out in typical Jane The Virgin Mode with Jane's choice between Raphael and Michael... I'd be okay with either but I think I'm team Michael. Jane has a weird moment with Raphael and thinks she's better off without him and just having him be the father of her child. She's also starting to have some feelings for Michael again. Then she almost has the baby on the bus and some woman helps her and gets the bus driver to take her to the hospital. Rogellio and Xo are in Vegas and they get drunk and can't remember what happens, but they make it just in time to see Jane deliver a baby boy. I knew it would be a boy! Lets pause on that a little and go to Michael and his ex partner/friend with benefits who comes back says she has a lead on Sin Rostro, gives him an address where the plastic surgeon is and by the time Michael gets there, he's de...

Top 10 Dating Tips/ Suggestions

So I've been in a relationship for about 2 and a half years... but before that I was single... for a very long time. And I was on dating apps for about a year or so before that... so here's what I learned from those apps. If you want more specific relationship advice I have from being in a relationship... that one might be a little harder but I guess I could do a blog on that too? Idk... I'm not an expert but I think I have some good tips.  Find an App That Works For You  I feel like not all apps work for everyone. I started on Bumble- and I like the app. I love the idea of girls taking the first move- but... I HATE making the first move apparently. So I would just match with a bunch of guys... and never really knew what to talk about. Plus I like having A LOT of info in my bio and Bumble just doesn't give enough space for me. I only went out with 1 guy from Bumble I think and it was bad.  So after that I tried Coffee Meets Bagel... which is terrible. Maybe depending on...
