Scribbles About Food: Keurig Favorites!

Soooo, recently my family got a Keurig. We have the Keurig 2.0 its super easy and quick to make coffee... And I've been trying/ drinking a lot of different ones... so with that said, lemme tell you some of my favorites.

Wegman's brand has cheaper K cups that are pretty good. My mom has their Hazelnut... she was having a lot of trouble getting hazelnut instant brew coffee anywhere, so thats why we ended up getting the Keurig in the first place. I haven't tried the Wegmans hazelnut yet, but today at the dentist I had a Wegman's French Vanilla K cup... and it was sweet and good. They didn't have milk or anything there and usually I drink it with milk. I still put sugar in it... but it was really quite good. My mom picked some up from Wegmans today... so yeah. I'm excited about that.

Speaking of Hazelnut, Gloria Jeans has a stronger Hazelnut that I really enjoy. Also they have a Mudslide flavor which is quite delicious as well. I love Gloria Jeans. They have great chillers... the only thing is the one closest to me isn't that close and the people working there aren't that good... so thats a thing. Lol.

One brand that is okay... but Idk its not super special is the Donut Shop blend. If you like regular coffee, but you still like it sweet, Donut Shop is good. If you like more flavor, they have a Coconut flavor that I actually really like a lot. I wasn't crazy about it at first... but now I've really been liking it. Its just enough coconut flavor without being overpowering.

My favorite brand is Foldgers. They have 3 that are all really good... I mean they have more than 3, but there are 3 I'm talking about. They have a Sugar Cookie flavor... which isn't superflavorful... but it reminds me of like a Chai Latte. Which I like a lot, so this is a good alternative to that. Vanilla Biscotti is another favorite. Its pretty sweet and flavorful and just tastes like a cookie to me. I really like it. And they have Caramel Drizzle... which is my favorite by far. If there is one I really recommend, its Caramel Drizzle. Its like a caramel machiatto or latte or something. Very flavorful and really good. If there are any of these you get, get that one! I love it!

Sooo that is it. Hope this was helpful!

Byeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
