Will and Grace Reboot Review

Sooo I feel like its hard to give my favorite show from back in the day a negative review... and that's not to say I would give it a negative review if I could... but there are maybe some things that I didn't think were the best for the show. I would say it isn't a perfect show... but it is what you need it to be. Oddly enough, my main concern going into the show isn't something I'm actually concerned about after watching it. My main concern before the show aired was that it didn't pick up where the show left off. Will and Grace didn't have children and they were no longer with their spouses that they ended up with on Will and Grace. That was addressed early on in the episode in a way that didn't really bother me. I'm not really thinking of this series as a continuation of the original show... I think it's Will and Grace but in 2017 instead of the 90s/2000s. And honestly... we really need that. Just so much has happened and it just makes sense

Throwback Thursday: Top 10 Favorite Will and Grace Moments/episodes/ characters

You guys know I love Will and Grace- so I thought I'd share my top 10 moments from the show. I'm going to try to put these in some sort of order... but I think it'll be kind of hard. 10) The Guest Stars- I think it's probably impossible to even think of Will and Grace without thinking of all the amazing guest stars that they've had throughput the years. Janet Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, Minnie Driver, John Cleese, Britney Spears, Madonna, Demi Moore, Kevin Bacon, Matt Damon, Glen Close... those are just some of the amazing guest stars they have... the one that sticks out the most of corse is Cher... Her first appearance on the show is one of the most memorable moments from watching it as a kid. Jack had no idea it was Cher, Jack's idol, and he says he can do a better Cher Impression... but he can't because it's Cher! Lol. And then he faints. It's just so funny. 9) Anything Rosario Says!- Rosario is one of the funniest characters of all time... let a

Hump Day Update: Weekly Favorites- Food, TV, Snacks and More! 9.27.17

What I'm Watching  Netflix:  I started watching Lady Gaga's new documentary Five Foot Two... I haven't finished it yet as of the time writing this... I started watching it at like 2 in the morning and I just haven't been able to finish since I wrote it. It's not a bad documentary- I actually think it's super interesting and I look forward to watching more of it... I just haven't been able to yet. They did it kind of like Grey Gardens. I would also love to finish watching AHS Freakshow this week... it's almost off of Netflix... I want to do a Throwback Thursday on it tomorrow... so far I've only watched the first episode... so ugh... but I like this season... if I don't end up catching it all on Netflix I'll probably end up buying it and reviewing it eventually. Regular TV  I did watch all of the Monday Night shows on CBS... they had some great comedies. The Big Bang Theory was pretty good this week... I liked Young Sheldon a lot. I

Scribbles About TV: Young Sheldon Review

Alright: Here's an exciting review of the highly anticipated tv show/ Big Bang Theory Prequel Young Sheldon. I thought it looked like a really fun show, a nice family version of The Big Bang Theory. It's set in the 80s, so that's always fun... and it just looked like a good show. So the pilot brings us through the first day of high school for Sheldon- at a very young age... I think they said he was supposed to be in the 5th grade. We see his mom, who is played by the real life daughter of Sheldon's Big Bang Theory mom, his twin sister, and his football playing father and older brother.  So for the most part... a lot of what they showed on the commercials was exactly what was in the episode. And that took away from the show a little bit... but if you saw the commercials- you know what you're getting yourself into and it was worth watching the whole episode anyway... if you missed it and you have no way of watching it for whatever reason (I had a hard time fin

Chart Chat! 9.25.17

Heyyy guys! I'm a little surprised at this week's charts... I know it was a tough call what would be number 1... and I'm not that surprised at number 1... but I'm a little surprised at number 3... so I'm just going to get into it and we'll talk a little bit about these movies! 10) Wind River- This has been on the charts for 8 weeks! I don't believe it's ever been at number 1 in those 8 weeks... it sounds okay but it could also maybe be bad IMHO... I'll watch it on TV if I get super bored...but I'm not that interested. 9) Stronger- This movie does sound very interesting. Jake Gyllenhaal has already got some Oscar Buzz for this role ... I want to see this. It looks sad though but the actors are very talented and I think they'll do a great job with it! This is based off of a true story- I mentioned that in the weekly Pop. This still isn't wide released... so I think it will do a lot better in upcoming weeks. 8) The Hitman's Body Gu

Weekly Wrap Up 9.24.17

Sunday 9.17. 17  Today was a lot of fun. My mom and I woke up early to go to a fundraiser gift auction and bowling event... We didn't do the bowling- but my mom and I always have good luck with Gift Auctions and today was no exception! We ended up winning 5 things. They had different tickets for different things- my mom won 2 things from the smaller ticket table- I won 2 things from the medium ticket and she won something from the big table too! So she won 2 gift cards, one for a bakery nearby and a deli that's pretty close that we've never really been to before. I won a really pretty Necklace and a lularoe gift card and package with some Disney Leggings- so that was awesome. And my mom won a Jenkinson's Boardwalk VIP pass for next year... so we'll all have a fun day there next year with the baby! We went to Target and then Starbucks after dinner... and that was fun too. Target had some of their halloween stuff out- which was cool. Monday 9.18.17 Monday was

The Weekly POP!

So...I kind of keep thinking of Weekly series to do... and I don't fully have this planned out yet- but I think on Saturdays I will have any and all pop culture news... and maybe I'll include some things that aren't actually news but things about Pop Culture I found out this week? Honestly... I have no idea what I'm going to do with this blog... I just came up with the idea less than a minute before I started writing this very post... so let's see what's up! News  All of Will and Grace is available right now on Hulu... it is virtually impossible to get this on DVD- they never made a blu-ray... so this is kind of the only means to watch it- unless you're like me and you watch it on lifetime every weekend and tivo it and watch it before bed most days... I already want Hulu to begin with... I don't have it currently... but this has me pretty excited! The revival debuts on Thursday! This weekend could be one of the most successful in Box Office history

Intros to Disney Afternoon Cartoons

So I saw  This  video online and I needed to do a video about it... so here we go. First I'm going to watch each intro again- I'll write about my thoughts and then I'll rank them at the end. Disney Afternoon Intro  So I'm a little young to really have this intro as part of my childhood... I mostly remember watching these movies on ToonDisney when I was a kid... and a few times on the regular Disney Channel when I was really little... this intro is so exciting though. It's very Disney and I kind of wish Disney Channel was still more Disney. They had Mickey with Launchpad McQuack and all his friends from The Disney Afternoon... now it's kind of like "huh... Does Mickey know Judy Hopps?" Idk! It'd be cool to find out... but this is a nice memory! I won't count this with the ranking... but still! Adventures of Gummi Bears  Great intro... super catchy- but it also really gives you an idea of what you're about to see on the show. I want t

Throwback Thursday: American Horror Story Hotel

A few years ago I attempted to do something I titled "The Great American Horror Story Rewatch" where I rewatched each season and the current season- which was actually Hotel at the time and talk about the similarities and differences between seasons. That did not work out... so I think over the next few weeks- or months- I'll do a Throwback Thursday of each American Horror Story Season. It will celebrate the new series Cult and Halloween... I'll be alternating between American Horror Story Throwback Thursdays and Taylor Swift because I know I won't be able to watch a full season each week... I'm a little concerned about finishing them all within this time. Maybe if I don't go on too much- I will leave a little recap of Cult somewhere at the end here too... somehow I think I'll do that separately since some weeks cult is on I won't have a Throwback Thursday for AHS... so yeah. I think I'll do some sort of post on that every week... but it migh

Hump Day Update: Favorites, News,TV, Food, and More!

Alright... so I'm kind of reviving the old format of the Weekly Wrap Up... but I wanted to kind of revive it! What I'm Watching!  Netflix: I'm almost done watching American Horror Story Hotel. Netflix is getting rid of this season in October- so if you like it- haven't seen it yet or want to watch it again- NOW IS THE TIME! I'll have a Throwback Thursday on that tomorrow I hope! Youtube: I've been really looking forward to The Tim Tracker's Vlogs lately. He and his wife do a lot of spooky fun halloween things. They stayed at Universal recently and have some videos up of their stay there and their Halloween Horror Nights adventures. I don't live in Florida and don't go to theme parks often at all... but this makes me feel like I'm there and I'm pretty happy about it! Also Justin Scarred is always a favorite. He did a video at Hollywood's Halloween Horror Nights- which looks so scary! At Hollywood you can actually see inside the hou

Chart Chat 9.15.17- 9.17.17

Not much surprise here... but let's keep on going! 10) Dunkirk-  9 weeks on the top ten isn't too bad! I think this is going out of theaters and onto DVD and streaming services pretty soon... so I'm excited for that. I've talked about this movie for the past nine weeks... so you know my feelings. I'm going to watch it eventually... but yeah! 9) Spider Man: Homecoming-  Again... I've talked about this movie for the last 11 weeks... so you should know how I feel about this as well. I love Spider Man... I'm excited to see this... but yeah. Not something I saw... just didn't get to movies this year... I really don't go often... I love going to movies... I don't know many other people that really do and it's expensive and time consuming... so it kinda is what it is... but yeah- Spider Man is great and I like it! I'll see it on TV! 8) Leap!-  This looked cute... if I see this on TV and remember to watch it- I'll let you know how I feel

Emmy Recap 2017

So... I feel like I don't have a lot to say about the Emmy's. I didn't watch the whole thing... I don't watch all of the shows- I do watch quite a few though... so I kind of know what was going on... but I still have some thoughts... just very briefly lol. Some shows I was excited were nominated: Stranger Things, that's a great show. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt was great this season and I was happy that Titus Burgess and Ellie Kemper were both nominated... I really wanted Titus to win- he's just so funny on Kimmy Schmidt and his character was so real and relatable this season too... the episode with the Lindas was so funny. I have an Aunt Linda and I told her about it and she thought that was really funny. I think she's looking to join the council of Linda's lol. Even though I was rooting for Ellie Kemper this year... I think Tracee Ellis Ross deserves an Emmy for Blackish. She deserved one for the first season- and with this season of Blackish being t

Weekly Wrap Up 9.17.17

Sunday 9.10.17  Today was kind of a lazy sunday. I went out with my parents to pick up dinner and that was about it... really lazy Sunday. I looked at some leggings- I watched some Will and Grace and some of the news about Hurricane Irma... for whatever reason my tv wasn't working very well... So it was hard to even watch regular tv. The Storm Stuff came in okay and it's interesting enough to watch. I've been in hurricanes and haven't been able to watch the coverage on TV... so this must be what it's like if the power is on. Monday 9.11.17  I watched the memorial coverage on TV... it's always so nice. I love seeing it every year. I feel like each year I remember more names of the victims and I think that is very important. I also like how much it's changed over the years. Now they have it at the memorial site... it's just really nice and well done. I got my first pair of leggings from Lularoe! I have a mystery pair coming soon something and some

What's On Netflix? Watch before they go away, what's new... and more!

So I thought I'd talk a little bit about Netflix... they announced A LOT of TV shows are going away... including one I was actually watching and one I was planning to re-watch soon... Plus there's some Disney stuff that won't be on much longer- some new Netflix originals... and just some interesting stuff... so let's get into it! Starting off... American Horror Story Hotel and Freakshow will be leaving soon... I don't know why these specific seasons are leaving... maybe they're the more expensive seasons or something in general so they just thought they might as well get rid of them... as far as I know- every other season is safe... but these 2 will be going away soon... and that SUCKS! I was working hard on a AHS Hotel Throwback Thursday... I'm going to try to finish that by Thursday and maybe I'll try to finish Freakshow before the end of the month too... but I didn't really want to bingewatch them... I've already seen both seasons... but sti

Disney Movies That I Haven't Seen

So I just took  This  quiz from Oh My Disney that asks how many Disney Movies You've seen... and I was surprised that I actually saw 40 of the 55 mentioned! And actually this quiz doesn't mention Moana so it's 41 of 56. But anyway it's easier to say what I haven't seen... so let's talk about that... some I maybe have seen... but I can't really tell you for sure I've sat down and watched them... so yeah. There are reasons I haven't seen most of them so that's why I thought it'd be a good blog! 1) Pinocchio- I have almost no interest in this one... and I'll probably watch it someday... I think it's been on Freeform recently... that's probably how I'll watch it because I don't want to wait till it's out of the Disney Vault and then buy it. This was a very early movie and the animation is impressive for that... to me it really doesn't look pretty... as impressive as it is... Pinocchio isn't all that cute in my op
