Scribbles Feb 25th 2017

Saturday 2.18
I went to my sister's house and we went shopping at Ulta a little bit and then we just stayed and watched the baby. She was asleep most of the time... she's such a cutie!

Sunday 2.19
My sister, her husband and the baby came over here because they were getting her handprint done as a paperweight at Hot Sands, which isn't far from us so they came over here afterwords and then later that night I went out with my friend and we went on a walk and then I had Chicken and Waffles at the Ale House.. so that was really yummy!

Monday 2.20
I honestly forget what I did this day... I might have seen my sister and the baby? I think we did... but I can't remember! It was a good day either way... I'm just not quite sure what happened.

Tuesday 2.21
I think I was home most of the day... Not quite sure.

Wednesday 2.22
Again... think I stayed home pretty much all day. My friend texted me asking if I'd go to a bridal show with her and I got dressed and ready and then she realized it was Wednesday when she was thinking it was Thursday the whole day.

Thursday 2.23
Okay so today I actually went to the bridal show! I went to the dentist also in the morning and I went a few places with my mom too in the morning...  The bridal show was really fun! It's a really nice venue, it is where my friend is actually getting married... I would do a blog on it... but it's kind of the same as the other bridal shows I've done blogs about before and we were kind of just looking for specific things... so it isn't quite a full blog... but anyway, it was fun. The food seemed good, the place was really nice and huge... so it was nice!

Friday 2.24
Today I also went to my sister's house and it was fun! The baby was crying a lot and my mom and I were good at getting her to stop crying. I got her a Winnie The Pooh toy that has Pooh bear hanging on a red balloon and you pull the Pooh bear down and it sings the Winnie The Pooh Song. They say there aren't a lot of colors babies can see, but they can see red and she likes that toy. She watches it and her eyes just pay attention and it really calms her down a lot.

And I think that is everything!

Byeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...
