Appyness- So I downloaded Flappy Bird

I read a buzzfeed article saying that this game ruins lives. It is addictive and impossible to win. So naturally, I decided to download this and do a blog about it because I thought It'd be quite funny and I want to know what the fuss is all about.

It should be noted I just downloaded Candy Crush and I'm still addicted to that... as well as several types of solitaire games- most recently Accordian solitaire which is pretty damn impossible.

Also my life feels empty because Coven ended and I did absolutely nothing today and made no social interactions whatsoever... so this is perfect timing. I have like nothing going on in my life... so yeah. Let's get on with this. If I don't return to this blog ever, I've been sucked into the world of the game and nothing matters anymore... lets get on with it!

Okay that was... disappointing. I mean I thought it would at least be fun, but it wasn't even fun. I wanted to play until I got at least 4 points... but I couldn't get more than 2... and honestly there are soooo many better things to do that I'm not even going to bother anymore. Like it's impossible and it isn't even really fun or cute.

Basically in the game you just have to click the screen and try to make this stupid ass ugly looking bird fly and you cant hit the pipe otherwise he will die. It's way more difficult than it sounds. It's very sadistic and just horrible.

I cannot stress enough it isn't even fun! Why the hell are all these pipes everywhere? Why doesn't this bird have legs? There needs to be more context to this bird story... so it makes no sense. I deleted this game already because it just sucks completely and I'm going to keep it deleted because it is horrible. It is free, so I mean theres that but there are just so many better things.

I think I'll actually make this a thing. I'll download a free app, test it out see if I like it and give it an "Appyness" rating. I don't know it's a work in progress but this made me very very UnAppy so this gets a 0 on the Appyness scale. I can't see myself getting addicted to this whatsoever and it's just pretty damn bad. I wouldn't recommend it at all even though everyone seems to be talking about it right now.

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
