Appyness #2 Temple Run

Hello everyone today I'm going to review an app and tell you how much I like it... or how (h)"appy" it makes me. And today... I'm going to do Temple Run 2!

Basically I looked at all the free games and this one was on the top free game... at least I think. I know Temple Run was a big craze, I never actually played it, but now I'm going to try the second one.

Alrighty here I go...

This is fun. Basically its this ginger guy running away from a gorilla monster and you have to swipe to jump over things and swipe down to go under things and tilt for money... ugh its fun. I'm on level 2 now.

This is frustrating. I don't like getting eaten by this weird monster. It looks like a gorillas body but with a skull face, its face looks like cubone.

Now I'm looking at the upgrades. There are a few different characters here lets see if I can find out some stuff about these guys... or at least give my impression of them.

So the ginger guy that is the "starter" of the game that I'm using now is Guy Dangerous. Theres also a saucy redhead with a ponytail and a gun it looks like named Scarlett Fox. Then there is the cool black guy named Barry Bones... I feel like theres an actor he looks like, but I can't think of who. Next is the stripper named Karma Lee. she has lacy shoes and a weird headband and flowers on the bottom of her pants. Then theres the freaking looking guy with armor. His name is Francisco Montoya. He's got long blonde hair and a beard and kind of looks like Brad Pitt. Then the football player named Zach Wonder. As in wonder how a football player got on this island. And lastly a sexy cowboy named Montana Smith... he is actually kind of hot. He costs 250,000 tiles though.

That's the other weird thing about this game... theres coins and tiles I think and gems. Or maybe the tiles are the coins? Idk its weird lemme investigate... Yeah the tiles are the coins. Okay. Things make sense now.

This app is very fun. I'd give it a pretty high appyness rating. Not quite a 10, it's not as fun as Candy Crush or Minion Rush... but it is really fun... and frustrating enough to spend a lot of time on. It's probably about a 6 or 7 on the appyness scale. I'll keep it for a while.

So yeah that is it. Let me know other apps I should do. I already wrote another one about an autotune app I saw on the video I had to watch for this.... I don't want to give away any spoilers for that one yet, but look for it! it'll be up sometime next week. It involves Frozen Milkshakes. What does that mean? You figure it out!

Byeeeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
