October 2015 It List: Birthday Edition!!!!!

Sooo I did this last year and I'm doing it again this year. The month is like halfway done... plus its my birthday... so here are my favorites for the month!

1) Scream Queens- One of the funniest and Scariest shows I've ever seen is definitely #1 on my favorites list for this month. This is such a well done Horror Comedy... I typically love Horror Comedies and this one is probably my favorite that leans more towards the comedy side. There is currently a 3 week halloween special on... I'm watching Part One as I write this... and its already really funny and amazing. I love that they keep mentioning a Best Buy Parking Lot as a reference to Serial Season 1... its so funny. Such a great commentary and satire. Its like if American Horror Story were super funny. Super Super Funny. Its bloody and gory too... but the laughs don't ever really stop either. Its just really wells done. Great satire and just a good show.

2) American Horror Story- At the time I'm writing this... only one episode has been released... but this time of year, I'm always super hooked on American Horror Story. I read the fan theories, I try to see the connections. Last year I was trying to watch like the first episode of each season after the first episode aired and so on... Thats a lot to do. I want to do it this year too just to see connections... but its unlikely. I need to finish Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and Arrow first... but yeah this is good! I love the show and even though I don't 100% know what's going on this year... I'm excited about it.

3) Report Boots- I love boots. I have... too many Ugg Boots... lol. Its not cold enough for Uggs quite yet, but these boots from Report that I got from the Famous Footwear outlets are super cute and super comfy and that is all I want in life. I was excited to get these... but even more excited to actually start wearing them. Famous Footwear Outlets has good shoes for a reasonable price and they're really great. And these are great! I want to find a brown pair of boots somewhere or other soon... but these are cute too and I like them!

4) Johnny Cupcakes Halloween T Shirts- Johnny Cupcakes T Shirts are some of my favorites. Especially the ones they have for Halloween. He used to do these amazing shirts that were limited edition and they came in a cupcake box with sprinkles and a vintage TMNT Trading card... which was cool. Johnny Cupcakes sends, or at least used to send his old trading cards with any online order which is just a really cool and personal touch. And they just look awesome, they have cupcakes and scary stuff. I used to get them for my birthday, I haven't gotten any in a while, just because I have a lot and I don't know if he still does his limited edition ones which were called There's Something in The Cupcake Mix. I have some that didn't come in the cupcake box or anything, but they were still really really cool. I love Johnny Cupcakes, if you're ever in Boston you need to stop in the Johnny Cupcakes Store because its just so cool. Its a bakery but they sell t shirts with cupcakes on them.

Anyway my favorite ones: One is a haunted Bakery. One has Dr. Frankenstein and The Bride of Frankenstein and that was a limited batch one, so there's a number on the back and everything. One is a cupcake man with his head chainsawed off and that has the limited batch number on the back. Its really cool. He also sometimes has little stories on the inside of his shirts, there's a lot of detail into everything about the shirts and you can wear it like 20 times and then see a surprise message somewhere in it. I've had most of these since I was a teenager too... Idk how many times I've worn them... but they last really long. Its really cool, if you're looking for Halloween T Shirts or you love Horror movies or anything like that, he has some cool t shirts on his site right now.

5) Trader Joe's Pumpkin Spice Cookie Butter- Ohhh my gosh... this is fantastic. If you love Speckulous or Cookie Butter and you love Pumpkin Spice... this is like the best thing in the entire world. On toast when it gets warm and melty it tastes amazing, or just on a spoon from the jar it tastes fantastic. My sister tried it in her Oatmeal and it was a little too chunky for her on that... so that was sort of a fail... but overall really yummy cookie butter, it tastes amazing and I highly recommend. This is the first thing I've tried from Trader Joe's too! The Trader Joe's in the area is pretty hard to find, so this is pretty cool and new to me. I like it!

6) Quantico- I'm really getting into this show! I thought this week's episode was really excellent too! When I first watched it I was like "this is going to be one of those things you need to watch twice and I don't think its going to be as good as How To Get Away With Murder" but it is! Its so good. It was really good this week and I think Sunday's episode is kind of what got me hooked. This probably wouldn't be on this list had it not been for Sunday's episode. It's awesome and I love it! Its episode 3 and already everything is coming together really nicely and there's still a lot of "wait what's going on" but its also very satisfying. Especially at the end of each episode. I love it.

7) Bite Beauty Best of Bite Rewind Set- I just got this a few days ago... but I can already tell its a favorite. I really like the colors in it and the formula of their matte creme lipsticks. As far as colors go... they're the same colors as the set from last year... but they look different enough on the lips to make them really unique and good. Last years were creamy, this year they're matte. It's really awesome, the colors are all really nice looking and would look good on a lot of people. They don't feel super drying either and they last a long time on the lips. I really like them even though I've only played around with them a little bit and worn one color. Here are some swatches of this years set next to last years.

8) Plants vs Zombies- Sometimes I can go months without playing any app games and other times, I'll be totally consumed by it and it'll be totally consumed by it... and right now I'm consumed by PvZ. I specifically like the mini games and lately I've been hooked on Vase Breaker... which is hard, but really fun and just so satisfying to win... I like it a lot. And its crazy how easily I get hooked into it and how fast I get over it. At some points I'm like "this is so stupid, I'm just clicking my phone and wasting the battery..." but then other times... I'm hooked... and its kind of a problem. Lol.

9) New Comforter from Heartland- This is a bit of a random one, but I just got a new comforter from Bed Bath and Beyond and I really like it. It was on sale, plus you can use your 20 % off coupon... so that's good. It has a cute pink and blue flower design and its really nice and it doesn't fall off the bed or anything. Its really nice. Its actually by Lady Antabellum... which is weird right? Its cool though and I've only slept with it on once, but I really like the design and think its comfy, warm and doesn't fall off... which is everything you could really want in a comforter right?
Here's what it looks like on a fancy person's bed. On my bed theres just regular pillows and minions... lol.

10) Cashmere Glow BBW Fragrance Mist- This is one of my favorite scents for fall time. It just smells so good and warm and I love it. I didn't like it the first time I smelled it, but I guess my tastes kind of changed and now I love it, especially in the fall and winter. I think the notes are like peach, vanilla and sandalwood and it just smells absolutely amazing. If you happen to smell it... I highly recommend it. I love the shower gel also... haven't gotten that in years... but I may need to soon! One of my favorite scents that they make... I just really like it!

So that is everything! Hope you guys like this random array of products! I always love making lists. And I hope you're having a excellent day because its my birthday! And I want everyone to have a great day on my birthday! Lol.

Byeeeee!

It List: May 2017

Can't believe it's the last day of May... this was a great time for TV... so let's get right into it! 1) Master of None- The second season of this show was really really great! I liked the first season... but this season was just wayyy better to me for some reason... I loved that they had episodes about Italy and about New York... I think they did a really great job and I was so impressed with it... I'll have to watch the first season over again and do a Throwback Thursday on that sometime soon... but until then... season 2 was great! 2) Girl Boss- I finally got around to watching Girl Boss this month too... and I loved that show! At first I wasn't sure if I was going to like it or not... then I just couldn't stop watching it and I finished it in 2 days... which I guess is when I finished all the Netflix shows I'm talking about... but still. Girlboss was definitely really good... and I feel like I could watch this one over and over again too. 3) Unbrea...

Blogmas Day 12: The 12 Days of Christmas Gift Guide

So I thought it would be fun to do a gift guide that every gift corresponds with the price. So like for the first day of Christmas $1 gift that would be good and then up from there. These would be good stocking stutterers and things I just think are unique. $1- Solar Powered Dancers!  My mom loves getting the little dancing solar powered people. We get most of ours from Dollar tree... other dollar stores have them too, they're super cute and fun for $1. Its good to put near any plants that you have that way you know they're getting sunlight. It's a good gift. $2- Mini Coloring Book!  At 5 Below they had some mini travel sized coloring books for $2. I thought these were pretty cool. I got the Botanical one I believe. Really cute and fun! I would recommend! $3-   Ceramic Truck w/ Christmas Tree  I saw this at the Target Dollar Spot and I thought it was cute and would probably make a great gift. If you know someone who has a truck or likes the sort of "rustic C...

Scribbles About Food: Gloria Jeans Pistachio Chiller (kinda like a frap)

So since I'm doing all of the Frappuccino reviews, I thought I would give a shout out to a different coffee chain that I like... maybe even more than Starbucks! But I hardly ever go to it because A) People get your orders wrong there a lot B) I don't really live near one! So Gloria Jeans has some amazing drinks called Chillers that are like Frappuccinos, but they have always had a ton of really good and really interesting flavors. One of my favorite Seasonal ones is the Pistachio Chiller. They had this around this time last year also and its a really good unique flavor. Basically it tastes like pistachio ice cream... but in a frozen coffee form. Its pretty cool! And Pistachio is a pretty underrated flavor in my opinion. I don't get it enough, but I always love Pistachio and Almond flavored desserts and this in particular is really flavorful and just a really good chiller. I don't think there is anything at starbucks that compares to it really, its really different...
