Okay so as you probably know, I like breaking bad... a lot. And recently I've realized that basically every movie TV show, and book could be greatly improved if they had the same storyline as Breaking Bad. It works for pretty much everything. I discovered this after seeing previews for a show on ABC Family called Chasing Life, which is a show about a girl finding out she has cancer. It's basically Breaking Bad without any of the interesting parts... I find this odd because A) I feel like it's kind of trying to jump on the bandwagon of "The Fault In Our Stars" and just using this tragic thing as a way of gaining ratings B) It's not really about anything... I mean this has been done before, I don't see this as a storyline for a show because its a tragic thing millions of people have to go through every day... and it sucks, but I would much rather watch a show like Breaking Bad or watch a show where someone tries to find the cure for cancer.
I got a little off track with my rant there, but let's see some actual examples of what other movies/tv shows would be like if they were Breaking Bad.
The Incredible Hulk
What if The Hulk was not only a super hero, but he also tried to raise money for his "hulk" disease by selling Meth! Maybe Tony Stark could be Jesse! Bitch!Talk about being The Danger.
The Hunger Games
I love The Hunger Games, but maybe it could be improved if Katniss and Peeta decided to start a meth business as a way to gain money for the destruction of the Capitol. This totally works.
The Big Bang Theory
What if Leonard and Sheldon started a Meth Empire to meet girls? That would actually be quite hilarious and no one would expect it because they are physicists! It's the perfect crime!
Frozen
Why won't Elsa let Anna into her room? Maybe because she has special meth-making powers and Anna happens to be in the DEA! Bam!
Jaws
After listening to Who Charted, I have realized that Jaws is probably better than most movies. It is pretty perfect as is and cannot really be improved, I will agree with that. Harold Kremer is right, Jaws is betta than most movies. I feel like maybe the whole town could come together and start making meth so that they could build better boats and more shark-defeating types of things so that they would never run into this problem again. The town coming together would be kind of powerful and dealing meth would be a great way to do that.
Alright, that last one is a stretch... but still! This is what I think of before going to bed... no regrets, I stand by this theory.
Byeeee!
