Weekly Wrap Up 8.6.17- Home Alone????

Monday 7.31.17

Today was kind of the start of getting back to normal. I had my niece to babysit- which was nice. She’s so cute and funny. We took her for a car ride to get my grandmother, who we brought back to my house for dinner… it was nice.

We were having a lot of Thanksgiving sandwiches because we had Turkey when people came over to our house… if you saw last week’s weekly wrap up, you’ll know why. I ordered a Thanksgiving Sandwich somewhere before that also… so I’ve been having a lot of Thanksgiving Sandwiches… and I love them! You take turkey, stuffing and Cranberries on a sandwich and it’s delicious and amazing and it’s really filling and nice. I would recommend trying it if you haven’t! Not the best for summer… but who doesn’t love Christmas in July!

Tuesday 8.1.17

Tuesday was another slightly normal day. I can’t really remember what happened even… lol. Again… writing this on a Thursday… so it’s not super interesting. I got my niece to go to sleep… which was fun. I read to her and sang some songs and I could see she was getting sleepy, but she was fighting it… but then she went to sleep. Right when my mom came back she woke up though and she was fussy. She’s a light sleeper.

And that’s about it… chill day… but not bad.

Wednesday 8.2.17

I had to change a poopy diaper today… which was not as scary as the first time I attempted it. I actually told my niece it was fun… idk why… I thought she would think that’s funny… I’m not sure. She’s 6 months old lol.

On ABC they’ve been showing a lot of reruns of American Housewife… but they didn’t show that many of them tonight… they showed 2 Modern Family episodes I really liked and 2 Goldbergs episodes… which were okay.

And then I watched Friends later that night… which is fun. They’ve been showing the episodes right after Rachel has the Baby and when Phoebe meets Mike… so that’s really funny!

Thursday 8.3.17

Today was kind of boring... but I had fun later. I rediscovered The Drew Carey Show... which was okay... I'll have a post on that on Thursday... and I went out for dinner and Starbucks later and I ended up buying a bunch of sheet masks... so that'll be fun to test out. My Harmon got a lot more sheet masks- so that's been fun to test out. I have a few I like now... trying to do a sheet mask once a week... or whenever I need them.

Friday 8.4.17

Today I was home alone all day... which was kind of fun and kind of boring. My parents had tickets to see Hello Dolly, so they stayed at a hotel they like in New York and went up there early. They said she was really great... maybe I'll try to get a review from them about it to post here... I'm not sure though! They're always pretty busy...but that'd be cool.

I have to say... my high school did Hello Dolly when I was a freshman... didn't hold my attention at all. So... idk if I'd like this... but I'm sure Bette was amazing and I'm sure the other actress that is performing as Dolly is also amazing. David Hyde Pierce is amazing... lots of amazing in one place.

Saturday- 8.5.17
I was sooooo tired today! My dog Spencer kept waking up in the middle of the night and barking at nothing... but because I was home alone I was worried it was someone breaking in to try to kill me. I think it was just because I kept tossing and turning... but it was kind of bad. Lol. I kept getting up and then watching some of Sex and The City 2... which is a terrible movie... but I love it anyway and I think I'm going to do something like what they did on "The Worst Idea of All Time." And I'll watch it every day for a week... because it's bad... but that's why I love it... lol.

Anyway, later my parents came back and we went out for burgers- which was yummy. Five Guys, they have good shakes now too... and I had a chocolate, Peanut Butter, Oreo one... yum!

And I'm posting this a day late now because I was too tired to finish this up yesterday... and normally then I'd just wait until 2 am tonight... but I want something posted today and I want to post a Chart Chat at 2... so yeah.

Byeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
