Scribbles About Television: Trueblood Episode Karma

So this week's episode was another good one. I'm actually rewatching it right now.

I don't really have all that much to say as to an overview of the episode... So I'm just going to do a review on the storylines and what have you.

First I like Jessica and Jason together and I want them to end up together and I'm happy that that is the direction the show seems to be going in... But that wasn't the best way for them to end up together. Jason is with Violet, who is absolutely insane and she needs to go because she's going to hurt that poor fairy. Violet has done some good things and I thought she could actually be a good person... But she's too jealous and possessive of Jason and I don't think she cares about him that much. Jessica actually loves him and he actually loves Jessica, and it's not that way with Violet at all... He even said that himself.

Speaking of Violet let's get to Andy and Holly and their kids. Of corse this happened though, I mean their teenagers and they now live toghether under one roof. Sure they're about to be step-siblings but that's what happens. And I think they are both so naive also to just trust Violet without question. It's just kind of scary but also refreshing to know Jessica isn't the only naive sort of person around.

Speaking of Jessica now... I think if I were in charge of the Emmy's and out of any season ever... I would give the Emmy to Deborah Ann Woll and I think that's well deserved. She acts out like a teenager sometimes, she has the maturity of an adult however. She's a cool baby vamp... But she has lived enough to be an adult vampire. I think her reaction to Bill's dying was very real and I just think it was overall great. I will definitely be watching whatever new Daredevil thing was before that.

And then Sarah Newlin who I'm watching now. I have no idea what to think of her. She's disgusting for making Hep V but I knew she had the cure and now she actually is the cure. She looks very different and she is a quite different person now. She has brown flat hair and wears casual clothes. She's probably still a complete slut, but at least she seems to be a good person slut! And I hope she is good enough to help all the vampires and  cure what she has done. Amber is so funny too because she knows Sarah and hates her.

And I like that Bill killed the greedy lawyer, I have no idea how Sookie got Hep V but I think she feels reasonably awful about it. I'm glad that she said she still loves Bill though because... I want them to end up together. I love Eric Northman and I used to HATE Bill, but the two have chemistry. I don't think I really want them to "end up together"- because I think Sookie should maybe be alone... Or someone she can have kids with (it sucks that Alcide died) anyway yeah. I like them together and I want Sookie and Bill both to be happy.

Eric and Pams story was half disappointing. No witty banter, not much action till the end of the episode. Still funny that they're dressed that way.

They've also totally given up on doing any story with Sam really.

Next week looks good too and there are only 4 episodes left! They'll probably resolve most everything within the next 3 episodes and then in the finale they'll just tie up loose ends and "put a bow on it".

That's it! Let me know what you guys think!

Byeeeee!

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
