Weekly Wrap Up 10.2.16

Favorites

The Tim Tracker- Tim Tracker does really good  Vlogs on YouTube for Disney and Universal. I've really thought the Halloweeen Horror Nights videos were fun. I've been watching some of their older videos and they're just a fun couple. Tim and Jen Tracker. Really good!

The Good Place- Still my favorite show of the season! Super funny and just all around good show!

Dove Chocolate Bars- my mom always gets these and I usually have a few... gotta say I like them better now. Such good chocolate!

Life Scribbles
Monday I went out to lunch with my parents I think... yes!

Tuesday... don't really remember if I did anything... might have just stayed home.

Check out What's up Wednesday for my weds post!

Thursday... don't remember. Think I just went grocery shopping with my mom.

Friday I went out shopping and out to eat... I don't go out to eat all the time... it just seems like a lot this week. lol.

Saturday I went out with my friends and ate dinner out with my parents... so yeah. lots of food this week.

TV Highlights
Still trying to review all the shows... and I've been keeping up with what I like. Monday... nothing really on.  I watched Kevin can wait... and I think the debates were on. Didn't watch... I've seen the highlights on the news.

Tuesday I watched Brooklyn 99, New Girl, Scream Queens and This is Us... great lineup. I love Fresh off The boat tho... so idk what I'm gonna do when that's back!

Wednesday was the ABC shows.  Modern Family was pretty funny. Blackish was really good. I love The Goldbergs and I think Speechless is pretty good too. It's getting pretty funny. I also really liked AHS. Scary episode... a lot going on right now, but there's also a lot we don't know about. Cuba Gooding jr's character was totally possessed or something when he was saying "I was just really tired" and stuff like that. It was weird.

The Good Place was really funny. Also loved How To Get Away With Murder. Good shows!

Friday I watched Shark Tank. That was good.

Saturday I finally got around to watching the first couple episodes of Leathal Weapon... which is great! Love that show too!  I'm really impressed it's so well done!

Noteworthy Snacks
Just had fried penne vodka and also fries with vodka sauce and chicken on it... it's even better than it sounds!

My mom made Chocolate chip cookies! Those were great!

When I said I went to lunch with my parents, we had Sloppy Joes... but not the barbecue kind.  It's like a club with 3 different types of meat and coke slaw and thousand island dressing! Really good!

Pretzels from The Pretzel Company... better than Auntie Anns! I like them!

News and World Events

Blake Lively had a baby!

Other stuff happened!

Thoughts
If today were an episode of  SNL the guest would be The Frey

Weekly Wrap Up 7.30.17

Sunday 7.23.17  Sunday was a really good day… it was kind of a lazy day for me… but my dad pretty much finished most of the painting in my room… he ran out of paint before he could totally finish it up… so he’ll finish that up soon… my mom is going to the paint store tomorrow… so hopefully he can finish it up then.  He also made some really fantastic barbecue pork… it was going to be pulled pork… but the pulling process didn’t really work… I kind of prefer the texture of it sliced instead of pulled…. idk. I like pulled pork… but this sliced pork was really delicious and flavorful and good.  We went for Starbucks and Ice Cream too… which was fun. Starbucks sends a lot of bonus stars offers after 2… so even though we go in the morning- we have to go after 2 because then we’ll get bonus stars, which my dad uses in New York because it’s a little more expensive there.  And then the ice cream… nutella ice cream with crushed oreos and marshmallow…it was del...

Throwback Thursday: The Incredibles

This is one of the more underrated movies in the Pixar Universe... thatI think is actually getting more popular now than it was back when it was released... so that's good. I think it really stands the test of time... but it still isn't one of my favorites. This movie I think is pretty cool because it was the first time Pixar really used humans. When I was little I thought "Toys, Bugs, Monsters, Fish... the next movie will be about dogs!" And I was surprised it was this! I didn't know Pixar could do that! But I guess technically its about heroes and not humans... but then Pixar began to show more humans in their world and The Pixar Theory was started... and yeah. I just kind of want to state my opinion on the Pixar Theory here too cause why not: I don't believe that Pixar set out to create this elaborate world with all the movies connected... but I do still believe it exists in some way shape of form. It all adds up and checks out... so for me... somehow t...

Rereading My Favorite Thing I Wrote In College

Hey guys! I'd say "today's post is a little different" but they're all kind of different to begin with... so this might end up being the same- or at least something that can fit into this blog in a nice way. So I don't want to post the actual thing that I wrote... but in my college Creative Writing Class that I took at 21 we needed to write a fantastical realism short story. And I wrote something that I always liked. The lead character was a smart and sassy woman... the fantastical elements were exciting and unique... and the story as a whole had a cute ending and a good message... and I really liked the way that I took what happened in my real life and changed it into this amazing and fantastical thing. Re-reading it... it was still pretty good. I actually liked the ending a little bit better because it had a nice message about believing in yourself that I kind of just snuck in there without much thought... and there was a cute little love story. I liked ...
