I might be a little late for this... but I think Graduation parties are still going on... so here are some gift ideas for grads.
Money is always traditional. That's probably the most helpful... but there are always other things you can get too.
If they're moving out/moving to college a Bed Bath and Beyond Gift Card would be very helpful. Or a Target gift card would be very helpful.
My friend got me a really nice jewelry box that said "I have everything I just need somewhere to put it" or something. That was cute.
You could do something cute and pinteresty like make a candy board or something. That would be fun!
It would be nice to buy them something you know they wouldn't buy themselves. That could be anything... but something you see and you know they would love... but you also know that they wouldn't get for themselves. Hard to decide, but I think that would be thoughtful and nice.
If they like a cartoon or have some sort of hobby... you could do something themed on that! I really like minions, so I got a lot of minion-gifts.
A thoughtful piece of jewelry with a memorable quote or something on it. My sister got me a necklace of a fortune cookie with a quote from Graham Moore on it. I thought that was sweet and clever because I want to write movies.
Electronics are very useful... but expensive. I wouldn't say to cheap out on a quality computer though... but that's just me. I've had bad experience with refurbished macs and I don't trust many other brands... so yeah. But iPads are a little cheaper... You could get them a fitbit because thats always great... so yeah.
Books are good, especially ones that are useful for getting jobs and things like that. There was a dad that got his daughter Oh The Places You'll go with a note from all of her teachers... thats the type of gift that could make you cry... but its great!
If they're super into planning, Erin Cordon planners or whatever her name is would be great!
And I think thats it... I kind of went through it last year when I did a "what I got for graduation" post... but yeah. I thought it would be useful to do something again.
